Like most Applebee’s, the food was standard and consistent with what you’d expect anywhere in the country. Unfortunately, my experience was brought down by the seating — they placed a very loud family with several kids right next to us, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Very disappointing.
On the food side, the chicken taco wontons were a bit over-fried, but otherwise everything was the typical Applebee’s standard.

Our server was AMAZING!!! She was attentive and so kind!!! Nice to us, our kids and we heard her with other tables and she was just as sweet! We have not always had the best experience at Applebee’s and we said that we’ll definitely be back and will be requesting her as our server

I visited Applebee’s earlier this evening to place an order to go. A woman wearing a sparkly face mask with a name tag saying “Lesley” greeted me and took my order. I didn’t catch her last name. She was extremely nice. When my order was complete, everything was exactly as I ordered. She put labels on the to go boxes, packaged them nicely, and even remembered the silverware. I highly recommend visiting Applebee’s to receive great food and great service!

I usually sit at the bar since I travel alone a lot for work. Bartenders beyond friendly even if you are not drinking. Bar area is very clean. Tvs have a variety of shows, sports , and news on. Windows are clean to look out. Bathroom stocked and obviously cleaned often. Food has been amazing both times, good proportions, tasty, and HOT. Next to no wait time from sit down to drink order to food order to refill on drink to asking if everything is OK to check. Very nice!! Will be back again for sure. Great job guys!

I have been coming to Applebee’s for a long time. I have eaten inside and have done the to-go orders a few times without issues. However today was another story. I waited over 40 minutes for my order! I called 4 times one of which I received no answer. Not only did it take a long time but when my order did get out to me the food was cold and the chicken wonton tacos was missing the coleslaw on top. If you find yourself wanting to do a car to-go order I recommend going elsewhere! There is several restaurants that run around the same price or cheaper and the wait time is exactly what it says on the app. But if you want to waste 40 minutes or more waiting for your food and don’t mind cold fries and food then this is the place. Extremely disappointed and don’t plan on coming back.

On Monday afternoon I stopped in to try the new OM cheeseburger. It sucks. It was served on a hot plate that had the cheese burnt. I had to use a fork to scrap the burger off the plate. No gooey like in the picture. And the bacon was overcooked. Never again

I ordered bourbon street steak. There was no Cajun seasoning. I told the server about it and she told the manager and I got the garlic butter instead of Cajun seasoning. The server came and said the manager would be out. The manager came and said that the seasoning only comes on the chicken and shrimp. I showed the manager the menu and she said she would take it off my bill.
WRONG!!! She only gave half off. I guess mashed potatoes are worth $10.15. I left the steak with them. It was NOT what I ordered!!! And then we had ordered fries and they never came. She did take it off the bill. Please read the menu and tell you would do to rectify which you did neither. Terrible place. The WORST steak I’ve ever had!!!

Honestly I’m not a fan of Applebees food in general but the deals are typically good. On the best of days I would rate their food like a 3.5. And due to my dislike to their food in general, I typically wouldn’t even rate them because I know what I’m getting into going there. But this particular location always adds to the estimated wait time for to go pickups anywhere between 5 to 15 extra minutes, I understand that they have paying customers in the store that they are trying to cater to, but if someone has already paid online and is promised a time for their food to be ready, I feel like that should also be taken into account. The worst part is the waiting area is so incredibly uncomfortable. I don’t know whose idea it was to have molding stick out as far as it does right on a customer’s shoulder blade while they’re sitting on the benches waiting for their order or to be seated, but whoever came up with that concept needs to find a new career. The picture I took does not do it justice as to how uncomfortable sitting there is, but I included it anyway just so if the store reads it, they know exactly what I’m talking about.

Ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Grilled cheese Cheesburger combos. Not disappointed. Good food , good staff and fair prices. Would recommend and plan on eating there again in the future.
