I had the worst experience at Chipotle.
I ordered a veggie bowl, but they put meat in it. I never eaten meat before, so this was very upsetting for me.
When I went back to the store to complain about my food, the staff responded very poorly. There was no apology, and they acted like it wasn’t their mistake at all. I am extremely disappointed with the service.
If you are vegan or vegetarian please go there….

This was my 2nd time going to any Chipotle restaurant. This location was out of queso. The employees were rude & had to stay my order over because the employee was putting items that I didn’t want on my rice bowl.
I ordered 2 bowls, both with the pulled pork. I was charged for 2 steak bowls & 2 sides of guacamole.
I asked the cashier why he rang up items I didn’t purchase, and he stated that he only charges the price of what is written on the to of the item. I explained that he could open the food and see that it was pulled pork, but he said he couldn’t open the package, so I did. I was told that there wasn’t a manager that I could speak with about a refund because I was overcharged. Then when I got home & opened it, the lettuce was barely cut, the pork was crunchy…smh
I called the store the next day to speak with the manager. However, I haven’t as of this post.

Bring back the honey Chipotle chicken please!!! The chicken has been so nasty at all locations since the honey Chipotle chicken has been removed. It makes the burritos and it makes the bowls. The spice, the juice. I just love it! Omg it just has a whole different outstanding taste versus the original chicken, it just makes it taste bland now and it never tasted like that before.

I stopped by for a late lunch after some dental work; still a bit agitated for the prior procedure, however, the young lady greeted me halfway into the establishment! That changed my mood and then my bowl was about 5 lbs of food when I thanked them for the awesome and professional service! I will definitely be back again! I don’t even make reviews but this place just blows me every time I come. The lady was sweet, but everything else just blew my absolute mind. If I were the type of person to push for such a small refund I would. I placed my Mobile order at 9:30ish. Got to the store at 10 and still waiting half an hour for the food. Watched the guy just throw it into the bag, meat all rice all over the soggy bag, and then find glove particles on the smashed chipotle bowl, and inside of the burrito. This doesn’t even make sense.

Stopped in at this Chipotle and overall had a good experience. When I arrived there was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly, so the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff provided friendly service, and the portions were generous. My meal tasted great, and I really liked the music they were playing—it was a cool choice that gave the place a fun, upbeat vibe while eating.
The only drawback was the dining area. Some tables were dirty, and I didn’t notice anyone coming around to wipe them down as people left. It wasn’t enough to ruin the visit, but it stood out compared to the otherwise smooth experience.
Overall, great food, friendly service, quick-moving lines, and a good music playlist made it worth the stop—just wish the dining area was a bit cleaner.

Chipotle, what can I say? The hype is more than it should be.
The food was average at best, and just not very flavorful. I did have the tofu, which actually had the best flavor out of everything but didn’t make up for the lack of it.
I’m definitely not impressed and likely will not be going to again unless it’s for the chips and queso.

Legit just ate the best guacamole I’ve ever had from a chipotle. The staff were all really nice and worked very efficiently. Always enjoy coming to this location.
