I was looking for a place with some local flair and this was the spot. The food was great, the whole place smelled amazing and the large windows made for an enjoyable view while enjoying my food. I only wish I could have eaten more. Must try spot if in Fairbanks!

This place is amazing! My husband and I are visiting from California. This place is the freshest we have had. Had a side salad with vinaigrette dressing (so fresh) and a sonoran hot dog sounds like an interesting combo of stuff on it but it just goes trust me and my husband had the special that day which was a chicken and pulled pork sandwich with French fries. The Fries are dusted in bacon salt and so yummy. 10/10 going to come back!

I had the smoked salmon sliders with fries. Amazing!!!! Everything went perfectly together: salmon topped with pickled onions sitting on homemade rolls, fries were delish.
Desserts looked great; ordered the cheesecake. A big disappointment after the fantastic lunch. I took the dessert back and said it tasted old and rubbery, asked when it was made: a week ago. The dessert price was refunded.
That being said, I will definitely be back as the lunch was awesome.

This place is HIGHLY recommended. They have so many gluten free options (if you’re gluten free it’s an absolute necessity to go). They have many options of what to eat and the surroundings is so cute! You can sit in a sun room or you can sit by windows closer into the place. It’s small and cute, perfect for dates, small get togethers, family, and even going by yourself. The people are nice and it’s a little pop up 🙂 everything tastes fresh, ESPECIALLY the avocado. You need to go!!

I had the fully loaded veggie that was delicious, they looked as good as they tasted. My son had a burger and said it was a bit dry. We both had the broccoli cheese soup, it was fantastic, creamy soup with tons of broccoli done perfectly!

I made an order 30 minutes before closing on Tuesday this week. I ordered a salad and soup. when I got there, I told them how I tried to not make them turn on the grill. The staff were so nice and said they always leave their grill on until 7pm and that I can order whatever I want all the way up until closing. The cashier and cook brought the food out were both super nice! It’s so great to experience excellent customer service!

We tried blue roof bistro based on the reviews and were not disappointed. I ordered salmon sliders with a side salad with blueberry dressing. My husband ordered the BLT with chips and salsa. The slider buns were fluffy and lightly toasted. The smoked salmon with pickled onions were well balanced in taste. Salad was fresh and delicious with the blueberry dressing. My husband commented that though the BLT was delicious, it was heavy on the bacon and not much tomatoes and lettuce. This was more of a person preference. There was a steady stream of customers around 5:30 to 6 pm. Staff was efficient and minimized wait time.
