I recently visited the Taco Bell location, and unfortunately, my experience left me really disappointed.
When I arrived, the store itself was empty, and the drive-through only had one or two cars at most, so I expected a quick stop. There were no employees visible at the front counter, so I placed my order — just two hard tacos — using the kiosk. From there, things went downhill.
Despite how quiet it was, I ended up waiting nearly **20 minutes** for a very simple order. During that time, there was little to no communication from the staff. They were in the back preparing food, but there was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment that customers were waiting.
When I finally asked about my order, the response felt dismissive. One employee seemed to have an attitude, and another appeared completely indifferent. As a customer, you don’t expect perfection, but you do hope to feel like your time matters — and that just wasn’t the case here.
I try to be understanding because I know food service can be tough, but this visit felt like a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I want to give a huge thank you to this Taco Bell location for delivering exceptional service. I’ve been to many Taco Bells in different areas, including where I live in the Kennesaw/Acworth area, and the service here was on a completely different level. Something about this team truly stood out.
Even with the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, they moved quickly, stayed friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. My food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, and they made sure my bag had everything I needed before I left. The attention to detail was incredible.
I also called the store to get the location number so I could leave this review, and despite how busy they clearly were, someone still answered the phone right away and helped me with the information I needed.
This is the kind of service that deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. I’m already recommending this location to everyone I know.

The giant sign by the road says “Taco Bell Breakfast”. Thought I would treat myself because I never get the breakfast, but I ordered and they said they don’t serve breakfast?? I ordered something else and she told my total and took my card and silently handed me my card and then my food. I was the only person there and so was she. I told her to have a good day and she didn’t respond. Not a big deal, but I feel like that’s basic customer service.

The employees take their frustration out on the customer when they don’t have enough staff. It isn’t the customers fault that this location is constantly short-staffed. There is never anyone on the front registers and if you ask for help, the staff delivers attitude. I guess no regional/district managers oversee this place.

We went in on New Year’s Day, and the two member staff was amazingly nice and helpful with big smiles. Taco Bell is the only fast food we eat, and it’s always on the road. This was my favorite location we’ve been to in the last couple of years.

Poor service , when you get your food they always forget to give you the drinks ( make sure to claim it if you ordered ) staff works like they don’t care about your long time waiting even they are not busy staff keep talking between them like a social meeting chat . Everything but not working .

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Veggie Mexican pizza can with NO BEANS , NO ONIONS (ADDED) , it was cold and soggy!!!! My side of guacamole was NOT with with order !!!! Meat on burritos taste spoiled!!! And the side sauce packages was not in the bag either!!!

I did an UberEats order earlier (2/3/2024). I didn’t get the cheese sauce for the chips and cheese I ordered… I didn’t get the Baja Blast I ordered but Mountain Dew instead… I didn’t get the tostada layer one my crunch wrap supreme SO THERE WAS NO CRUNCH… I didn’t get any red sauce on the nachos… SO MY ENTIRE ORDER except two things thing was WRONG!!!
Well, this time I got a refund for the messed up order you see from last week (June 2024… no I don’t know why I ordered delivery again). I specifically asked for NO RED CABBAGE… looks like extra was added. NONE OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. No wait, the drink was Went twice through drive thru and everything was right. Wondering if they’re messing up people’s delivery orders on purpose
