I don’t live in the western area of the United States, so prior to today, I had never even heard of Burgerville. I can say though, after my experience today, they serve up some of the freshest burgers on the market. When I initially walked into the restaurant, it had an American diner theme, which was cool to see. When I ordered, the cashier was attentive, taking note of everything I said. My total came out to 23$, which is definitely pricey… I don’t know if the prices in Oregon and Washington have substantial differences, but other restaurants tended to be much cheaper for the same amount of food. Regardless, I sat down, and the food was brought out fairly quickly. I ordered a strawberry shake, which was fresh, and had bits of strawberry inside, although, I’ll say it tasted more like a smoothie. I also ordered the #6 (1/2) burger, which was enormous, and didn’t look like a fast food burger at all. I took a bite and was hit with fresh flavors, from the seared patties, to the aged cheddar cheese, to the fresh vegetables found on the burger. With the burger, I ordered fries to dip in the shake, they were hot and salty. I’ll say, I was very satisfied with Burgerville, and I’ll likely return if I’m back in the west.

The employees were friendly and the fries were tasty.
The PNW Fisherman’s sandwich was good initially, but then it was too salty! It’s likely the creole sauce and pickles. The regular fish sandwich is better. (I appreciated the substitution of cheddar instead of American cheese on my sandwich).

Had to give it a try and it was pretty good. Service was very friendly. The parm truffle waffle fries were the main star and would be worth going for again if they weren’t just a seasonal item. The pumptown shake was pretty good and the mushroom seasonal burger was good. Colossal burger was ok, but I will say the buns for both burgers really took away form the whole burger, they were pretty dry and completely bland, like a piece of generic sandwich bread would have been better. But it was cool to try it and love the idea of using the local farmers and ingredients. Also all the acorn shells outside were pretty cool. Tried the breakfast the next day as we heard it’s what they do best and gotta agree the breakfast was much better than the lunch. The sausage biscuit crunch sandwich was awesome, and the biscuit solved the problem with the buns. Would def get that breakfast biscuit again

I’m from California. I bought a burger here from the drive through. When I unwrapped it, it was smooshed with sauce all over the soggy bun. Did not even bother eating the overpriced burger. Terrible burger joint.

One of my neighbors said they had a fish sandwich, so I tried it. To me it’s nothing worse than tartar sauce that doesn’t taste like tartar sauce should. I had high hopes but was let down.

Something changed at this Burgerville. I stopped going here for a couple years then decided to give it another try. Their burgers and fries are always perfect. Service is great, everyone appears to be happy working here now.

It’s like any other Burgerville. you get what you pay for, it’s still fast food, but it’s higher quality better tasting fast food and somehow they always manage to hire some of the friendliest employees but i’m still not going to hit that tip button because I’m using the drive-through of a fast food place and it’s already expensive
