Updated: They asked me to conact through email. I did and i got no response. Blown off the same way that i was in the restaurant!

and I normally come here weekly or biweekly, especially during the spring and summer. I could tell our server was new, so I repeated everything twice, especially the parts I knew weren’t going to be right, and right away we stated we wanted separate checks. Even though dad and I ordered the same thing, I got twice as much food. When I asked about it, he mumbled something and walked off. When I asked again, I was told that I did not ask for the senior meal, which I absolutely did, and pointed at the menu, but accidents happen. Then, he tried to take away the food I had already been waiting for. I tell him he isn’t taking the food, and I want the manager. She comes over and takes the food. My plate gets there when dad’s is already empty. Then they bring us one check. I ask for the manager again, and tell her at this point I’m not even going to eat the food because Dad is done. She starts arguing with us, then looks at Dad and says “Sir, I am just going to charge you for your coffee, is that okay?” The receipt comes and I ask dad why it is $8 for one cup of coffee, and he tells me it is for 2. That is right, they couldn’t even get the final bill right, separated like we asked from the beginning. Also, $4 for a cup of coffee? Dad and I both have military discount rather than pay full price for that, but he was so sick of them getting it wrong, he chose to just pay it, and that is saying a lot! So the manager that gave us attitude all the way through this was up front, I first asked in disbelief if she was really the manager, and when I told her she never had permission to charge him for two, and that they still couldn’t get it right, she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. So I would love to see some cute little comment on here about how they are going to make it right. She made it a miserable process from start to finish. I understand the server being new, he still would have got an excellent tip for trying, but I have never been treated so poorly my management anywhere, which makes me think it was because I rode my Harley-Davidson to breakfast. We choose this IHOP because it is right by Dad’s house, but there is a Dennys too, just the other direction. The senior menu used to draw us in, but they recently raised it from $7 a plate to $10 a plate anyway. Theoretically, the service and food should be better now, not worse.

Today I went had breakfast with my hubby and we had the BEST waitress. Her personality was wonderful and through out our visit always had a smile even when she attended to other tables. I made sure to ask for her name so others can experience the same experience I had. Her name is Maricela and you won’t be disappointed with her. She is very friendly and makes sure you’re satisfied with your meal.

Had an amazing experience. We just recently moved to Clovis and took my father out for breakfast. We were seated immediately and within a few minutes every table filled up. We never even noticed because the service was outstanding. Alyssa immediately took our drinks and welcomed us letting us know our server would be with us shortly. She came back with waters and coffees for the table where we each ordered different types of creamers. Kylie came over quickly once drinks hit the table and helped us navigate the menu. With her knowledge she shaved us upgrade charges based on our orders and extra requests. They were both so friendly and happy. It was contagious and made us feel so welcomed. Food came out hot and fresh. We all looked at each other and mentioned is this a normal IHOP now? Did they step up their game with service and food?! Or is this just a special location? I think we all decided this is a special location. With the high quality of service, the great tasting food, and everything was clean and fresh this will become a regular place we come to for Saturday Breakfast! Great job and thank you for taking such good care of us!

For it being like a family restaurant, my family and I came this morning for some breakfast.. though I was shocked to see the infamous “S” that was believed to be so-called gang sign for many years on the kids menu, and teaching young kids to trace it. This was the only downfall. Other than not knowing about the 3rd party thing about birthdays and having a free meal but I was just a bit disappointed with that. Other than this cleanliness was great atmosphere was nice clean. And food was great

I am from out of town and it was my first time at this IHop… I was so impressed with the service and food I had to write a review… BTW, this is my first review of any Resteraunt… Kylie and Alyssa were our severs and they tag team our table making sure we had everything we needed, all this during there most busiest time, all tables full… the only complaint I have is the credit card only allowed for 20% tip, as I wanted to leave them more.

Great experience! Chris the cook is always adding to a positive environment and consistently has a smile on his face. He is such a breath of fresh air! Lani also conducts herself with so much compassion and professionalism. The way she interacts with her staff is always encouraging which ensures everything runs smoothly.

Ordered delivery and the food was nicely packaged in their to go containers. They packed all the condiments (butter, jams, ketchup and syrup) in the bag. Pancakes were great and the food was adequate. One of the plates got a little shoved to the side but that could be expected. Bacon was a little too salty but overall everything was good.

We had a terrible experience,
The Mr ordered onion rings w/his order, he got French fries .
I ordered my eggs over easy , I got scrambled . It took awhile to get the attention of the waitress. I didn’t say anything because I had already let them know about the gal getting the order wrong on the Mr’s onion rings .what was weird she asked him if he ordered onion rings ? I’m like what was she writing .
I’m sorry but this was the
Worse service we ever received . To be honest they were not busy

I must add , the food was great I forked through the eggs hash browns.

Typical iHop. We went on a Saturday and there was a 15 minute wait to be seated. Food was good, staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have the variety of syrup flavors that they used to have at the table. Over good experience.
