This may not be a fair review as I haven’t been back to Chickasha since 2000 (Class of 98′). So my review is highly nostalgic. It was a great place to get some hang out and eat with my friends. Occasionally we’d see some other friends from high school and make arrangements to do get together. Staff was good to us too. It was a really great experience after getting your first car, getting some good food and going for a drive down the drag.

I’ve been here a few times now only to be disappointed every single time.
One time I waited 16 minutes for a single drink order. Had to call the button after 10 minutes because everyone after me started receiving their orders.
Another time I pushed the button, after 10 minutes, I just decided to go to Wendy’s.
Today I ordered the smash burger only to receive double sonic cheese burger. I was charged for groovy sauce and didn’t even get it. **they then proceeded to bring me 2x ranch
Sonics are hit and miss, this one will fall into the “Miss” category if this type of service continues.

The drink lady was impatient taking the order over the intercom she kept interrupting every time we tried to speak then she finally said she didn’t have the time she’ll send somebody out then they still brought the drink out wrong it was supposed to be half unsweet tea half fruit punch both times they brought out sweetened tea so I just said screw it and went to another location which was actually Braums

Today is August 21, 2025 went to the sonic got me a foot-long hotdog with the chili cheese, mustard onions the bread wasn’t fresh. It was stale, but they still served it to me. I didn’t need it. This has happened A couple of times within the last year. I just when I go to sonic I expect fresh food which I’ve always most of the time gotten but this time this is nasty like I spent. I spent $12 in some change for a stale piece of bread.

Every time I go get a jr deluxe burger I ask for no onions no mayo add mustard. But every time I always end up with no ketchup on it which the burger comes with it, and then has onions. I asked for ketchup packets and waited 3 minutes till I pressed the button again and said I’ve been waiting. They have no respect and will mess up your order almost every time. I stopped getting the condiments for my chili cheese dog because they would never put it on there and I would always have to ask for packets of them. I have worked in this type of industry before I know how it is, but there should not be this much of mess ups if your training your team right and them not eating the ice straight from the thing with their bare hands, which I seen first hand since I did work at this one before. Shitty environment and mangers/employees, added photos of the proof of my order and that it does come with ketchup. I’m not posting this just to post it. I’m tired of getting my shit messed up and something needs to be done. Keeps happening I will go straight to corporate about it. And when my order gets messed up maybe yall should have good service other then yelling and getting an attitude with a customer over their order when they know how they ordered it and knows what comes on that stuff
