BEST SERVICE FROM MANAGERS!
It’s clean, they play such relaxing music, great customer service and friendly fun environment. If something goes wrong, they are so willing to fix it even the manager emailed me to fix an order. I know some McDonald’s make the burgers all sloppy but this one makes them PRIME. I try not to go to McDonald’s but this one hits!

To whoever was working the drive through speaker at 8:58 am on Dec 18 2025, 2 egg mcmiffins with only egg bacon and Canadian bacon is not hard and should not take three times to redo. Maybe instead of interrupting me at the speaker you would have been able to hear that. Also, you should maybe make sure the windows is closed and I cant see your face before you tell your coworkers it was my fault and laughing in my face, making fun of me. Just a thought. Have the day you deserve.

The guy who handed me the food was awesome. (Would’ve been a 5-star review). BUT I saw a drink that was right in front of me. I was willing to pay for it, and one of the workers were willing to make it, but the supervisor refused to allow the worker to make it for me. It was a small lemonade with a little strawberry syrup. Initially I wasn’t going to give the review such a low score, but her negative attitude towards me warranted the review. Now let’s say the drink wasn’t supposed to be made, there should be an input to allow it to be made. Shout out goes to the guy who provided excellent customer service, gave me my order, and explained the situation calmly to me in a way that de-escalated my frustrations. I hope you guys promote him.

I’m sitting in my car waiting to get my food for more than 15 minutes. Something is up in this location now ! All the spots are full with cars waiting for their food. This is ridiculous. This is not fast food, when I have to sit in my car having to wait. Slow service don’t come here. The food runner has come out twice, and my food isn’t here yet.

I usually order on the app ahead of time. You can park in the designated pick up spots or use drive thru or go in and get your order. I use the pick up spots because the drive thru line can get tied up with gas station traffic.

We love this location but, there is a lady that take orders in the drive thru named Jenny who always rushes the order. Everytime when we go while she’s taking orders she rushes you and talks over you, and she sound very irritated. Usually we ignore it but, today she was rushing us and raise her voice over the intercom. Her customer service is horrible and she has no patience to be taking orders.
