The mini pancakes here are so good! They’re soft, fluffy, and perfectly golden every time. I love how they melt in your mouth—especially when you pair them with ice cream or drizzle on some syrup. The menu is incredible — they have everything from classic scoops like fresa con crema and chocolate abuelita to authentic Mexican treats like paletas de mango con chile and nieves de tamarindo. I tried the cajeta (caramel) and Fresa con crema flavors, and both were perfectly creamy, rich, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the natural ingredients.
