Let me start by saying Texas Roadhouse is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant, overall. It’s our go-to. This was our first time we have not been happy with the service and food. We both ordered 12oz Ribeye steaks cooked at “medium”. When the steak came out they were well-done. The cut was very thin. Based on external lack of char, the chef cooked steaks at too low of a temp for a longer period of time. Both were dry.
Once these steaks were delivered (not by our waitress) we didn’t see her for at least 20 minutes. We never even got the chance to return our steaks. So we slowly ate our food waiting for her to show up for a refill and check in. She finally brought the ticket and at that point I showed her our steaks and said they weren’t satisfactory and over cooked. She had the audacity to tell me “you should have told me right when you got them so I could have swapped them”.
It will be a while before we try Texas Roadhouse again. If I want a Ribeye, I’ll cook it myself.

Came in tonight for my birthday dinner. The first blooming onion we received was burned and most of the onion still had the skin on it making it so tough. They brought out a new one no problem but that was the first mistake. Then we ordered a bone in ribeye medium. The steak comes out so thin, I’ve never had a steak so thin at Texas Roadhouse, and it’s cooked well done and soooo dry. After finally 10 minutes we were able to wave our waitress down and she says she’ll take it back and bring out a new one. 20 minutes later we finally get a new steak and this time it’s completely rare. We’re annoyed at this point and ask for the check, she apologizes and says she’ll talk with her manager. She comes back and says the manager will comp $25 and said that they’re super busy so these mistakes happen. Which I get but we waited over 30 minutes for a new steak just for it to come back so rare it doesn’t even look cooked. After spending almost 2 hours there we ended up just taking the raw steak home to cook ourselves. Very disappointed in the experience especially with this being my birthday dinner.

Bug found in one of our salads. The waiter and staff were prompt to address this but simply this is not acceptable. In fact we were offered another salad! I can’t help but think the overall batch of salad wasn’t washed well and we didn’t want potentially more contaminated salad.
We didn’t get many rolls after our initial basket either. This has happened a few times at this location where you have to keep on your waiter/waitress to get more. Which for us is a big reason why we come to Texas Roadhouse at all.
Food was great and waiter was fine. Overall, just not convinced of the cleanliness of the operation here.

Jay is an excellent waitress! She made us feel right at home! Very sweet lady. Great communication and took very good care of us! Definitely recommend for next visit. Thanks for the top notch service. See ya next time when we are around the area!

Had a bad experience at this Texas Roadhouse unfortunately. I ordered a sirloin steak, medium rare and was given an obviously rare steak. Not a big deal, sent it back to be cooked a little longer, but unfortunately came back the same. Sent it back another time. Got it back and it was still in-between in some spots but then was just charred on the outside. The steak was no longer enjoyable. The manager Didi came out and in a condescending manner, pulled out a chart to show me what the medium rare steak looked like. It looked medium rare but the steak had already been ruined from being cooked and cut up too many times. I just asked for my meal to be comped and she said ok, then only comped a portion of it. The waitress was great and she felt bad but management was poor tonight. I will not be going back to this location.

Excellent food, Excellent atmosphere, excellent service. It was all around and excellent evening with my girlfriend. It was such a great place to have dinner at for new years. It was a great start to the new year. I’ve eaten here many times and had a great experience and this was another great night. I will be back.

I never thought I would be one who comes to a restaurant like this as often as I do. I used to only go to more expensive places like this (aka, a steak house) once or twice a year. As soon as I went to this location in Spanish fork I kind of got hooked and have been going 3-4 times a month.
I really appreciate the open bar as I makes it possible for a single person to get in and out without having to wait for a table most days. But if even if you do have to wait, they are pretty good about cycling people through their list so you never have to wait super long which is good because these guys are ALWAYS busy. I’m not kidding, even during the weekdays, when they first open up you will see entire groups of people show up. It’s crazy, I’ve never seen a place so busy so often.
Food is great, I have never been disappointed. The worst thing I can see is they do tend to cook their steaks a bit on the rarer side than what was asked for. Ive heard other people around me send their steaks back because they asked for medium to medium-well and effectively get a medium rare cook. But I tend to like rarer steaks so I will order a medium-rare and will be happy with a rare or medium-rare. All their sides are good. Love the salt encrusted baked potato.
All the bartenders are great. They seem to have to handle more than a standard sever at a table with how many people they accommodate as well as all the items, from drinks to orders. I’ve gotten some great recommendations that I enjoyed. Anna especially seems to be in her element at the bar and it is crazy how quick she is.
