This spot has been voted the best burger in Westchester multiple times over the years, most recently in 2022—and it’s easy to see why. I had the burger with sautéed onions and Swiss cheese, and it was everything you want in a great burger: juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
I also upgraded to the onion rings, which were perfectly fried—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. The quality and consistency here really stand out. A must-visit for burger lovers.

Found seating at the bar. I ordered the Bronx burger. Quality was good, not greasy. Service was good for a busy Sunday at dinnertime. There was one bartender, she was efficient.

Heard about these burgers, and I was finally able to come and give them a try. The meat is absolutely delicious. The bread….I’m not so sure. But overall, it’s a great burger.
The staff tho… are they all hung over ? They were not friendly, no attentive. They looked like zombies walking back and forth & outright miserable. Is neither a must nor skip joint. So go and give it a try.

Have been here a number of times but this will be my last. Obviously, I came back so previously the food was better. The overpriced burger was clearly some type of patty, with cheese wiz(!!!) topping. The fries and onion rings were soggy, and my dining companions brunch featured “Canadian bacon” that looked suspiciously like spam. What happened to this place? Very mid. Move on…

The service was bad since it took almost 45 minutes for our main dish to come which I thought was unacceptable because other tables arrived after us and received their food before us. This is also after waiting 30 minutes for a table for 5, which they had open tables. Food lacked seasoning, and was underwhelming.

Another New York gem. Loved it bar setting again, family and friend orientated. Went 3xs while in New York. Food is on point! The first time I got their special 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and corn very big took some food home. Second time, french onion soup and Eastchester burger with fries. Yummy and third time shared zucchini fries and had the famous burger salad, Eastchester burger on salad with vingarette. I didn’t think the vingarette was going to go good on this, but oh my goodness, trust the process!!!!!

It’s a fantastic neighborhood bar and still a great spot for burgers. Cash and credit are both accepted. Be aware that credit charges are more expensive than paying straight cash. There is a free parking lot behind the restaurant. However, space is very limited, and spots are tight. I highly recommend trying the Eastchester burger, the onion rings, and the fries. 11/2023

Hands down the best burger around. Also the most consistent. I’ve been coming to pipers kilt for 30 years. Burger is just as good as ever. Best prices around as well. Like it’s happy hour all the time.
