(Regretfully) I go to this McDonald’s religiously, whether it’s to get an iced coffee or breakfast before work, I probably go 3-4 times a week and the only thing that has ever been “messed up” was a missing hash brown one time, and I pulled through the drive through again and they gave it to me without checking my receipt. The food is always good and fresh, all these bad reviews are made by people who go once a year are ridiculous and made by people who love to complain no matter what happens during their visit.

+ Service was decent (except for employee literally leaving register 7mins for change) /
– Employee stared at coins (79¢), was unable to count change, asked me if it was exact change, then threw coins into drawer
– 6 people outside main door, smoking & vaping (at least 2 were employees)
– police arrested someone in parking lot of another business across driveway (possibly a local, it was all calm & polite, certainly not McD’s fault but adds to an atmosphere)
– Will find another McD’s off 81 next time

the employee who is american and likes to disrespect customers, she called many customer who came inside stupid because they didn’t know beforehand that he card reader was broken when it never said anything about it. She then went to drive through and was yelling at everyone and being really disrespectful for no reason just because it was a morning rush? She has to be fired or it’ll bad as I overhear she want to throw coffee at a customer.

Came through the drive thru last night October 23 around 7:40pm. Ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich and an apple pie. I get home, it was an overcooked, burnt on the edges piece of chicken put in a bun, I paid for lettuce, tomato, mayo, bacon and cheese and got nothing but an overcooked tough piece of chicken. The apple pie was overcooked and black on the bottom. An employee had to see this before these items were packaged. The guy taking the money at window 1 was nice but the girl at window 2 acted like she was being put out. There were no napkins in the bag as requested or mayo. This was not a good experience, I stopped eating McDonald’s years ago because I want a real burger, not processed. Won’t be back. Terrible customer service and someone who did not care about the food and how it was cooked.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning. The egg tasted horrible and I could identify the taste. I called the Berryville Avenue store to notify them but the li e was busy. Not sure what they are serving? Hope Wr don’t get sick. Dangerous

Went through drive thru about 7:30 am this morning. First I was completely ignored at the order kiosk. Another car pulled up on the other kiosk and ordered while I still sat there. Finally after saying “hello hello” someone finally started taking my order. Go to pay and get my food and pulled out only to see that they didn’t give me my hash brown and one of my breakfast sandwiches was so hard you could break teeth trying to eat it. I pulled back around to the window and told the girl what had happened. She claimed I didn’t order a hash brown and took the hard sandwich back. She asked for my receipt and I told her she didn’t give me one. She went over to look at the receipts and came back with mine. It did not have my hash brown on it but I did order it and I told her that wasn’t my fault that they didn’t add it on. She said I had to pay for it to get it and I did but I knew she was upset because of the situation at the kiosk. A woman handed me the replacement sandwich and i asked if the hash brown was in there and she had no clue about a hash brown and told me i had to pull up to the waiting window. All this for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a small coffee and a dang hash brown. Just extremely rude. Terrible customer service from the girl running drive thru.

2nd time going to this location and getting home to realize none of the food was correct and some wasnt even ours. No option to refund their suggestion was to dispute with bank.
Ordered a happy meal no toy, apples and had a burger instead of nuggets. $5 meal deal had burger made wrong no nuggets or fries. Double quarter pounder was a single caked in condiments when asked to be plain. Sons mcchicken was supposed to be plain was caked in mayo. Spicy chicken wrap was ranch. Only thing right were the drinks. 5 out of 6 items incorrect and the solution is to come back.

Went through the drive-thru here today, and the service at the second window was really disappointing. The “woman” who handed us our drinks and food didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, and barely acknowledged us. She simply said “here you go” and quickly shut the window… No “thank you,” no “have a nice day,” nothing. I understand being busy, but basic courtesy and polite attitudes go a long way, ESPECIALLY when you work in customer service lol. You chose this job, find somewhere else to work if interacting with people isn’t your strong suit.
