Had a bacon burger and bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Service was good. Food was timely on a Saturday night.

Arrived at around 4:15pm Saturday 2/9/26. Waited 15 minutes and had to ask when we were going to be waited on. Another 5 minutes passed and finally had a waiter service us. They were not busy. More than half the restaurant was empty. My husband ordered the rib dinner. They were so tuff I had to share my rib platter with him. The food was horrible. My daughter said she had a a horrible experience with an Apple B’s in St. Louis Missouri and had not returned to one since. I will never return. One of the worst experiences. We had to also ask 3 times for them to clean and dry the table when we first arrived. The waiter tried very hard to help us out…not his fault the food was horrible so I did tip him very well. Do not waste your money here.

Every time I order food here either from door dash OR in to go they ALWAYS forget over HALF of my order! I’m about ready to boycott Applebee’s and go to Chili’s. This place has gone down hill it’s a shame, I loved Applebee’s….. Just go to Chili’s they don’t forget your orders…

I am an operational manager for a very high sale restaurant chain, so I am very picky about where we go and Applebees usually isn’t top on my list.
Today when we went in the host was very nice and since we had a larger party 5 kids & 2 adults she arranged seating for us. It was a nice big booth and it was much appreciated because usually we are put in 6 tops with a high chair on the end.
Our servers name was Andrew, I highly recommend requesting him if you go in. He was the best service I have had in a long time at any restaurant. He was a get the job done kind of guy & I love that because we have kids so we like to get in, get our food, and get out! I’m 5 months pregnant and was craving something extremely specific and he made it happen for me! He was consistent with checking on us and making sure our needs were met.
As far as the food, it was awesome. Compliments to the chef. I’m picky again. And I was extremely satisfied.
The restaurant overall was cleaner than a lot I’ve been to. The restroom was extremely clean & smelled good. A dirty bathroom will make me never return to a location!
I rarely make good reviews but I had to come on here & tell my experience cause all around everyone did exceptional today & I don’t have a single complaint!

The service was dry to me. The young man (key) who was the server. He was trying to write order down I guess he remembered everything. When the food start coming the manager brought our salads look like he didn’t want to be at work. Then when one my friend sandwich came he sent it back it was not well done the waitress that brought it to him took it back to the kitchen and was then once we
were about to pay the bill. He advised
(Key) about it after he paid the bill. I feel that he should had made time to see if he had all of food. So he went back to the kitchen to see what happen that’s when he had the sandwich. I hope that the next time I come there, I hope the service is much better. The other thing I didn’t like was one of the waitress was vacuum the rug while guest was eating. I understand they trying to the place clean but it’s not nice to do that while guests are their food.

Soup was teeny tiny for $4.30. A few bites and I was done. I understand inflation and such but really? So small. Our server was none to pleased we each got a bowl of soup. I doubt I’ll be back.

Went in for a later dinner and food was so so. Chicken tortilla soup tasted like chicken broth with spice horrible. Manager served it and took it back was acredc flag to me then. Took off bill that wad fine. Certain things not to order later I’ve learned tonite. But orher food looked great and was enjoyed.

So I have been taking my family here for awhile and always thought the staff was very nice until tonight took the family there as normal ordered the same thing I always do and I always have 2 Margaritas mind you 2 with my dinner no more just 2 it took 20 minutes to get the first one so went ahead and ordered the 2 figured it would take awhile 20 minutes later ask about it and they said they were monitoring it mind you I’ve never had more than two that manager there is a joke won’t spend another dollar in that place

Food was passable service, horrible only two table tops in the place and two waitresses. Everything took long food was served. Luke warm would never go back. I always read about them going out of business and I can see why I can’t believe corporate hasn’t come in and straighten the place out of course in this day and age that’s hard to do.

Ordered 2 items from the business website. Shrimp ceasar salad with blackened salmon ( extra dressing) ($30)and the full slab of baby back ribs with the sauce on the side. ($25). Order was ready in about 15 min. Picked it up inside. Bag was double tied so I just went to my car.. something told me to check everything… there was no salmon on the salad. Plenty of shrimp. The romaine however was maybe a handful. Completely drowned in dressing . Just the romaine and shrimp didn’t even reach halfway up the container. They did put 2 extra things off dressing in there which I did not need. The ribs were completely drenched in sauce. I checked the kitchen ticket which was taped to the salad container lid and everything i requested was on that ticket. So I went back inside for the salmon. Didn’t bother with the ribs because well I’m in the service industry and returning a full slab of ribs because they didn’t put the sauce on the side isn’t worth the headache for the kitchen or myself. But I wasn’t about to leave without that $13 salmon filet.
