So I ordered my food for pickup and picked it up myself this is my wrap after opening the packaging and then also after picking it up. I wasn’t going to care if it was just a messy wrapping and then I picked it up and the tortilla disintegrated and now I’m here posting on Google. My wife’s sandwich was fine but guys what is going on with your wraps.

I Love❤️ McAlister’s❤️ Deli. This restaurant is delicious ❤️ I have been here a couple times and i love there sandwiches, soups, salads, lemonade, etc. A nice/cool cozy atmosphere for a chain restaurant. Employees are great and knowledgeable about the food, abd are very nice, kind, and friendly. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨️❤️ ✨️ ❤️

This was my 4th take out order. First one was great!! Second and third time ordered, gallon sweet tea, got home and opened tea to find out it was UNSWEET! Yuck Highly disappointed! So thought id order my 4th time, forgot to order my tea. When I got there to pick up my order I bought gallon Sweet Tea, got home and well they did it again. Gave me UNSWEET! Very disappointing 3 times in a row. Hope the new location can get me Sweet tea when they open!! Food was great as usual, but tea not so much.

This deli hypes up their sweet tea all over the place. I asked the cashier if it really was sweet and he said a lady from Alabama loves it so it must be good? Nope. This tea is not sweet or good. It was bitter, dry and lacked any touch of sweetness. I’m a sweet tea snob and a southern born girl. Add more sugar to that tea. The broccoli cheese soup was really good as were the massive plate of pickles they gave us. My veggie sandwich was a bit dry and hardly had any avocado or mayo on it which was disappointing but the flavor was there. The Reuben was salty and dry as well. Service was good. Place was clean and comfortable.

This is our go-to McAlisters. Service is really good, and food is served a little quicker than the one at Jefferson Point. Crispy turkey jalapeño sandwich was awesome! Best fresh brewed ice tea for a restaurant chain.

I was so excited to see McAlister in Fort Wayne . Love their potato soup and sweet tea . Always my best soup it fills you up . My cashier was amazing I wish I asked her name. The atmosphere was nice. Very clean restaurants. I will sure return. Great customer service.
