The guys working here tonight were great! A few young Hispanic gentlemen and they were all doing a great job. Very friendly, outgoing and were working hard. It was New Year’s Eve and we were hanging out in the dining room while our kids were down the street watching a movie. The staff didn’t mind that we hung out and remained friendly the entire hour + we sat there.
The food was made hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean. Nice job Del Taco New Year’s Eve Team… keep up the great work!!!

Extremely disappointing experience + tone-deaf “resolution.”

I was genuinely excited to visit the Del Taco on Arapahoe in Centennial around 8:20 PM on Thursday, November 20. This location had been closed for a while, and I couldn’t wait for it to reopen. Unfortunately, the entire experience was awful.

My order was completely wrong from the start. I ordered two crunchy tacos and was handed a burrito instead. I went inside to have it corrected, and although the two girls working were clearly overwhelmed (only two employees in the whole restaurant), the service was curt and rushed. Instead of remaking my order, the employee handed me two pre-wrapped items and told me I could keep the burrito. I appreciated the gesture, until I got home and realized they still weren’t crunchy tacos. They had given me two rolled chicken tacos, which had a really off-putting smell, so I didn’t eat them.

I figured I’d try the burrito they originally gave me, but it tasted like someone shredded a rotisserie chicken and tossed in all the skin. Completely inedible. In the end, all I could eat from my $13 meal was a mini quesadilla, fries, and a Diet Coke.

I reached out hoping for a simple refund for the items I couldn’t eat, and instead I was offered a $5 coupon, which doesn’t even cover a meal, and honestly, I have no desire to return after this experience. All I wanted was my money back for food I didn’t receive or couldn’t eat, and apparently that was too much.

This location clearly wasn’t ready to reopen, and offering a $5 coupon for a $13 mistake is not customer service.

I only ever go here as a last-resort for my lunch break when the other fast food locations are busy, cause the quality and service have never blow me away.
Today I asked for mild sauce twice at the speaker, then got asked “Hot sauce?” at the window, I replied “yes?” (cause I’m confused when I JUST said mild a few seconds ago)… and then they just gave me inferno hot sauce. I’ll be going to the gas station nextdoor for my last-resort lunch option instead of being consistently disappointed.

Awful service. Lady took my order, was rude about it, waited at the window for 5 mins before charged for food. Then told to park out front for fresh fries. Waited another 10 mins for the fish tacos to come out harder than a rock, barely any meat on the carne asada fries. The fish tacos were completely inedible. Service was bad. Just – stay away from this one.

Worst experience ever. Worst customer service in the world.

This is hands down the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive-through and ordered our meals, including three Strawberry Sprites. All three drinks tasted absolutely horrible — extremely over-carbonated and undrinkable.

When I was waiting at the drive-through and politely asked if they could be changed, the employee refused, said they “didn’t know,” and basically dismissed me. No help, no solution, no apology.

On top of that, I didn’t receive any sauce with my order. Between the bad drinks, refusal to fix a simple issue, and lack of basic customer service, this place is a joke.

Worst service ever. Avoid this Del Taco at all costs

This is the only Del Taco I will go to of the three locations I know. The food is always fresh, well put together, and yummy! I have never had an issue with things coming undone or being handed bags with food upside down. My kids get the value tacos, and even with a large order for a family of 7 the order is great. I don’t mind pulling to a parking spot once in a while for our orders to be finished and walked out to us. Only down fall would be that they forgot my small coke today, and I didn’t even notice till I was down the road, luckily it was only 2.09 charged. I didn’t try to call or get it fixed so not sure what that process would look like, as I think this is the first time I’ve had this issue here.

Since you have to order using a kiosk, you can’t get any special deals, like the Tuesday or Thursday taco night discounts. This is a big hassle since you have to find an employee to take your order instead.
While I understand that labor costs are high, you should make sure that the kiosk can accept special deals before you introduce them.

My second and very last to this location since they re-opened. I read other reviews and it’s either 4star or negative so very hit or miss at this location. The food is has been COLD in temp, lack luster in taste, and thrown together (when you order a burrito the contents should be mixed, not the top half meat and the bottom half beans). Since I had to wait forever, I just knew my food would be warm, maybe even hot this time…NOPE, it was so cold there was no warmth from the wrapping when I pulled it from the bag. Mind you, I pulled it from the bag as I pulled away from the window. The girl taking orders speaks mush so unless you know she is asking you for hot sauce, it’s just a weird exchange. I know she speaks clearly cause after the weird exchange she slowed down, repeated, and looked me in the face. All that to be said, it’s very hit or miss at once was a fantastic location, so you will either have a fabulous experience or a horrible wasted one so it’s up to you. I however will drive out of the way to NEVER go to this location.

The food is just as good as before the menu items are better, but man it took 11 and a half minutes to make four items, no joke, I recommend going through the drive through at this location, not very good customer service, gotta be honest!

I took them 15 minutes to make a bean and cheese burrito and I was the only one in line. They refused to give me a refund. I’m not coming back here ever again you guys need new management and workers that will actually do there jobs.
