i went to pick up my drive thru order earlier today and the portion sizes were amazing! the lady that helped me was super nice too! i think her name was loralei if i’m remembering correctly. but anyways, she was super respectful unlike other drive thrus ive been too and she even complimented my hair before i left. seriously business’ need more people like her, she made my day! and the food was delicious as usual, ate it all lol! thank you for the great service.

I typically never complain, even when food or service is bad. I eat at this location often. This time however, I have to say something. Ordered a bigger plate after not eating all day, no cars in line and pulled up through the drive thru. Upon getting home ready to dig in and the plate is literally half the typically portion and the noodles were clearly old. I paid for a BIGGER plate and get screwed with portion size. I don’t think it’s fair to the customer to have to guess at how much food they are going to get everything they order from this location.

Chicken was rubbery, I was a cook for 45 years and there’s only one thing that makes a chicken go rubbery and that’s not cooking all the way before putting it under a heat lamp. Rice was dry. Service was great tho.

When we do Panda, we have to order 2 family meals cuz the fam so big. I noticed the car ahead of us ordered family meals too so I knew things might come out a lil slow. And ya we had to wait, but Carlos there offered us drinks for the wait which was awesome! And of course the food was fresh and amazing. Thanks Carlos and the Panda team on 12th! U guys are great!

Needed to update my review to let y’all know that I’m not just a Customer I’m a Dasher and all this summer as I dashed away I saw the same crew working I swear 7 days a week that restaurant is so busy all the time yet they managed to get the customers order in a timely manner with a smile they are hard workers so I have to give a shout out to Michelle Alex Lexani Ivett Ale Angie Jose Franky Jesse & Xitlalli they are a great team They serve their food with Express Yet there were no Panda’s there food is good customer service is awesome but don’t go there if they’re out of a certain item you want because it will definitely take some time to make it so make time
