I love coming to get a quick bite here, the food is always delicious and the front line does their best getting each order just right, but yesterday I overheard the manager speaking very poorly to the other employees. I can’t quote him word for word but he was in the middle of what seemed like belittling the staff at the expo area and carried the same attitude around to the front staff. After I paid, there was an employee that was at the side refilling utensils and I asked for the manager’s name, they said his name is “Sergio”. I sat down to eat but the manager’s behavior was really bothering me and ruining my experience. I can only imagine how he treats his employees behind the scenes.

I walked in after work and greeted the staff with a “Hello”. In return I received a nasty glare followed by “what can I get you!?” I then smiled and said “no hello?” She replied again saying, “what can I get you?!” I smiled and said “nothing” and walked out. Every time I come to this location this is the attitude I receive. I am no longer patronizing this location. The staff attitudes here are disgusting, and it seems like almost everyone hates their job and you can tell by the way the line looks. By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

Dont go to the New Castle, Delaware location. Horrible service! Jason (cashier) is very unprofessional using the f word at me multiple times in front of a line of customers as I tried to explain that he had overcharged me..33.00 for 2 carnita burritos after I returned back to location because I felt something was incorrect and he never gave a receipt. When i originally pd I told him wow for 2 burritos and 1 with dbl meat for free with rewards? I ended up getting my refund back but definitely cldve been handled more professionally had it been an older adult there managing. He was glad to hand me the managers card like ge did nothing wrong. As long as he continues to work there, I will not be back to this location.
