Cece did a good job. She showed us how to use all the buttons and brought the food out always promptly. I’m like other Korean barbecues. The beef bologi was excellent. We had a great time relaxing. We’ll come back again.

I did KPOT TO-GO for lunch this times Ordered the Meat Lover Hot Pot, Everything Hot Pot, bulgogi bento, plus taro boba and milk tea boba.
The Meat Lover Hot Pot broth was more Chinese style spicy, and the Everything Hot Pot was supposed to be Korean style. But both broths were kinda bland I was honestly expecting way more flavor, so that was disappointing.
The bulgogi bento tho? Actually really good No complaints there.
Now the drinks…the taro boba was AMAZING super creamy and on point. The milk tea boba, however, absolutely not. It tasted super watered down, like mop water I legit thought it was spoiled and threw it away.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend KPOT to-go. It’s just not the same. If you’re gonna eat here, dine in and do the hot pot fresh. It’s way better and actually worth it

5 stars! Had an awesome hot pot dinner at KPOT in Overland tonight and it was absolutely delicious. The broths were flavorful, the ingredients fresh (loved the variety of meats, veggies, and mushrooms), and everything came out perfectly cooked at the table. Server Noe was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with great service. Highly recommend this spot for a fun, tasty all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ/hot pot night! Will definitely be back.

Fun dining experience! You get to choose between Korean barbecue, soup or both! With a 2-hour time limit, you order all you can eat. There is an appetizer bar with a sauce bar where you mix your own flavorful sauces for enhancing your barbecued meats and such. (Don’t get greedy and waste food, I hear you pay extra for that) For some reason the floor was extremely slick when I was there. So be careful with your footing!

The food was great and quick to come out. There was plenty of options. The server woman did not explain to us we can get free top offs for the hot pot and she was not attentive to the heat for the grill or the Hotspot. So we would be sitting and not realizing the food is actually cooking and we managed to push some buttons and got it working. She seemed to do the bare minimum even though it was explained that this is our first time there.

Great service, positive atmosphere, food came out quick and they were on top of it. Love the style choice and everything. The waiter was amazing and made sure everything was good, kept my water full, and replace are grill when we needed it.

Wonderful atmosphere and a variety of food options. We had a wonderful server named Don who kept our drinks full and answered all of our questions. You can tell that everyone here is enjoying themselves, customers and staff alike. Our picky eater kids love coming here and always leave full. So much fun learning how to cook and enjoying all the flavors.

The food was phenomenal. We never had to wait for food, drinks, anything. Our server, Trinitee, was very kind and walked us through the process as we had never been here before. She didn’t make me worry that I was being judged! I would highly recommend her!

My waitresses name was Jenn Jenn T. I thought she was absolutely fabulous! Not only was she incredibly personable, friendly, and so informative! She was really quick with the service and super friendly and upbeat. We had never been to this restaurant before so we did not know how it worked. Jen Jen was amazing. I can tell you she spent at least five minutes with us explaining the entire menu and how everything worked. I happily gave her a 22% tip because she was amazing and if I had more money I probably would’ve even made it higher than that.
I can’t rave about her enough, but besides her amazingness, the food was insanely good! This is I think my third hot pot restaurant and by far it is the best Hotpot restaurant. Not only are the selections way better than the other ones I’ve been to but the food and the grill right there on the table in front of you, it’s 10 star! it’s perfect and $30 per person for all you can eat… fresh with all these different meats and vegetables a small food bar for younger kids and then a sauce bar, it’s fully loaded. You’re missing out if you like hot pot and you do not go here!

Good food, atmosphere, and value. Wish I had held onto my receipt so I could shout him out by name, but our host was perfect. He even brought us a little piece of wonderful cheesecake after hearing it was our anniversary (it looked much prettier before the picture). 10/10, couldn’t have been happier with our BBQ/hot pot lunch!
