Overall, best Chipotle experience I have had in years. Portions were generous and food was good. I stopped going to Chipotle when they upped their price and were very focused on minimizing portion size. The drink machine was out of several options and it seemed like they were not staffed to maintain and clean up.

Fuss-free and straightforward selections. Queue moves very fast even during lunch peak hours and all staff are very efficient in the operations, payments and communication. Ingredients are all served very fresh; indoor seats are sufficient as well. Can’t go wrong with their bowls or burritos – highly recommended and well worth every penny!

I got a double wrapped burrito with chipotle honey chicken, white rice, pinto beans, tomato salsa, extra chili-corn salsa, green chili salsa, sour cream, extra fajita veggies, cheese, and lettuce. There was so much stuff in it that they struggled to wrap it closed, but somehow they managed to do it after dilligent effort. The burrito was so massive that it was enough to be the only thing I ate today.

I love Chipotle. This one in particular runs pretty smooth. Not too long of a wait time usually no matter how the long the line is. This restaurant is often busy anytime I’ve ever went ( day or night) so I’d assume it’s pretty popular in the area amongst all the other places to eat and dine.

Decent Chipotle location with all the usual trappings. It has a larger space than usual and plenty of seating. Staff is always courteous but on occasion I have found their serving sizes to be a tad lower than some of the other Chipotle locations in this part of Manhattan. Be wary of lunch hour, though – there can quite a rush sometimes!

Not only waited 10 minutes in lane (while being in front of the bar). My tacos were soooooo pooooorly served the hard shell tortilla didn’t even make it in one piece to my mouth because of the lack of ingredients poured into them. I wouldn’t even be making this bad review if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m hungry AFTER HAVING MY THREE TACOS. can you guys put someone with more experience in front? Because at the end I’m still paying for a whole serving. The food inside the tacos doesn’t even reach the edge.

My steak was raw and my rice was stale. When I asked about the steak being linked I was told by a manager that it was meant to be cooked like that. After leaving I tasted it and it was very rubbery and nasty. I’m very disappointed.

Great cheese quesadilla with a decent serving of guac. The place was packed at lunch time (12 noon) so ordering ahead is a good idea. I ordered my meal before work and it was ready when I got there. This location is near the seaport, so grab your meal and take a walk for some awesome views! I took away a star because it was super packed and people who didn’t order ahead had to wait a long time.

On a late Friday night, I came, and it’s much better this time they loaded my bowl up and were not stingey about it like they usually do during lunch time. I was just really hungry & this area was near. This chipotle isn’t my favorite location since they are often stingey with the amount of food they put in your bowls, but I’m sure they’ve improved. Don’t be afraid to ask for a little more if they put too little. took off a star because they close at random times
