I ordered two 3-piece chicken meals with sides — one spicy and one mild. I didn’t eat the food until I got home, and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The spicy chicken was hard and did not taste fresh at all. The mild chicken was tough, very fatty, and seemed undercooked.
I attempted to call the store six times, but the line was busy each time. I usually choose this location because of the quality and service, but after this experience, I’m considering going to the new location instead. I would appreciate someone reaching out to address this issue.

My husband since i got pregnant last june has been having more cravings than me. Lol So we tried KFC and wendys but boy did he like popeyes chicken with their buffalo sauce. So we go here at least once a week. The chicken to me is very spicy even when you ask for non- spicy. But he loves it they are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need before you pull off. Definitely recommend if you are pregnant or your wife is. I cant eat it due to my celiac disease but like i said my hubby loves it!!

I love this location. I order on the app because they always have deals located there. I place the order and by the time I arrive at this location, they are bagging up my order. The food has always been hot and fresh. My go-to lately is the red beans and rice. My daughter loves the chicken sandwich with the signature sauce. If you’re in the mood for fast Cajun food..this is the place.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered at 8:01 – after being told to pull to the side to wait for the chicken to cook 7 minutes into my wait – at 8:14 I decide to go inside and see what the hold up is. 2 different employees ask if I have a mobile order, I inform them I’ve been waiting (at this point) for 18 minutes for food that I ordered through the drive thru. At 8:25 a lady in the back tells me that the chicken will be ready in 3 more minutes. At that point I just requested a refund, and it was given, but this was just incredible to me. I ordered a 3 pc tender (was charged for the 5pc tender) and a chicken sandwich. That’s it. I waited for 24 minutes for chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich at a chicken restaurant. No one was rude, but come on. Thankfully, KFC across the street did have chicken readily available.

Staff at the drive through window was rude and after pulling up to the window and dealing with the staff I was told to pull of to a parking spot and wait, I proceeded to wait 30min for my order and had to go in and ask where it was.

I don’t what Popeyes is on with mainly the night crew people but they are slow as heck and have no manners. Not to long ago went there at night (don’t recommend) and waited WHOLE HOUR for some food, don’t remember what we got but it shouldn’t have taken no hour. But we finally went back around and mind you we had a receipt and paid, THE ORDER WASN’T EVEN PUT IN!! Popeyes is okay during the day but once they switch to night shift, when people are the most hungry and desperate for food, service plummets completely. 2 stars is generous. Also this goes for both Conway stores not just this one.

Came to this location today (12/03/2025) and I must say that whoever they got working the window should be in the back cooking. If you work window you should know how to talk to customers and have good customer service skills. She was very rude and unprofessional. Would’ve got disrespectful back but you don’t match ignorance with ignorance. Corporate needs to intervene because the lack of respect is ridiculous.

First I waited 35 minutes with a manager there for an order while my first order was getting cold. She said nothing at all about the service. When I said something the shift manager said he could replace it if I still had the order. Of course I made the order to go.
