I’m not super picky about fast food, but genuinely do not waste your time coming here. You will not get your food in an orderly manner, the staff is not helpful whatsoever, will come up to answer one customer’s question with ‘uhhh it’ll be ready soon’ to then disappear back into the back. Apparently there’s new management, and they’re doing an absolute job. You can place an order online and never receive an update on your order, they don’t use their pizza portal anymore, and there is not regularly 10+ people standing around in the lobby waiting for ANYBODY to come to the counter. We waited in front of the store for 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, never recieved an email saying it’s ready, walked in, and they told us it was a full wait. If you order online, you more than likely won’t get your food, if you come inside, you will not receive assistance, nor hot food for that matter as you will be waiting in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET MID FOOD. ITS NOT WORTH IT, get frozens instead. This is not a one time occurance. We gave this location a chance a couple weeks ago to once again, wait 30+ minutes after our supposed ‘ready’ time, to receive our pizzas cut like this ♀️

The worst I’ve ever seen i can’t wait to post the pictures I have. No service what so ever. 5 stacks of pizzas about 25-30 pizzas just sitting and 20 plus in the lobby designed for 10. Dropping the pizza cutter on the floor. Don’t go until they get a new team. This was so sad, as an ex pizza worker this was the sorriest display of service I’ve ever seen.

This is the second time I picked up pizzas from this place. The staff in the back is yelling and swearing. Is there a manager on site this was at 3 PM today.

This location is the absolute worst. I typically avoid this place during the dinner hours. But even at 1 in the afternoon, still waiting in the lobby 20 minutes past quoted pickup time. Employees typically hide in the back and never check on the front counter. And when they finally emerge, they have zero customer service skills. The place is always out of soda. Additionally, (not necessarily their fault) but this strip mall has the worst, most congested parking lot in all of Round Lake Beach. If you want reasonably priced, fast food pizza, go down the street to Dominos. At least they have their shit together.

Placed an online order for 1/2 three meats 1/2 only cheese with easy sauce. I come and pick up and the pizza isn’t even properly cut with extra sauce! All they could say is sorry until I told them my kids won’t want to eat it. That’s when they offered to remake it, but with an attitude.

Awful. I’m a dasher and they are just stacking pizzas up in back, unheated in the cold, and they are taking their sweet time. Doordash order says to use the “Pizza Portal” and they aren’t even putting the pizzas in. I couldnt even get one staff member to talk to me or even look at me. Plus, I heard someone who ordered to the place directly stuck for over an hour. Awful.

This little ceasers is disgusting! The whole place is a health code violation. It seems like they never even seen or used a mop or broom in their lives. As a someone who’s worked in food service and even is a current manager at a restaurant. I would NEVER let this slide. Waiting over an hour for a couple pizzas is insane. This location would definitely get in huge trouble with the health department if they saw what is going on. I do not blame all the workers since I know they are trying their best. The management needs to be better and scheduling more people to work instead of leaving two employees to fend for themselves. These poor employees always look stressed. Do better!

Honestly better experience than i’ve had in the past. Sometimes it’s super busy and service is slow, even if you order online an hour will pass and your order will still be in the “preparing” queue so you really have to go in and ask for the order. But this time it was quick and easy, they fixed their pizza portal so no more waiting for an employee. Only critic is my breadsticks had this burnt residue on the bottom of whatever they had in the oven. Not pleasant to eat, soft breadsticks had a bit of a crunch from the burnt residue. Clean that oven !! . Overall everything was pretty standard. Not too busy when i came and visited
