This was our first experience with this fast food network. It was actually quite good, but the amount of time they are taking to prepare the order is excessive. We waited for good 10 minutes, when the place was absolutely empty. Food-wise the place was great. The sandwiches are large sandwiches and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely tasted better than some of the other fast food places.

Waited way over 30 minutes for two drinks. One rt 44 coke NO ICE, and one cherry vanilla Dr Pepper. Had to push the button asking where our drinks were. Employee said oh they are right here and will have them right out. The rt 44 she had two cups for, one with only ice and another I can only guess was the drink, and the medium Dr Pepper. I then explained that I wanted the rt 44 with NO ICE, and she oh I thought you said alot of ice. Which tells me that the drinks were not ready when I previously asked where our drinks were. She then returned with the rt 44 properly fixed and said “she was sorry and that there would be no charge for the drinks”. To which I responded with I had used my card and payed for them. The total was deducted from my account and no refund as of yet 2 days later. I will not be returning to this Sonic ever and I advise if you want fast food burgers, shakes, fries, and or drinks. Just go up the road about 2 blocks and go to the Brahms.

We ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and they accidentally forgot the bacon. We simply asked for a side of bacon, but they made us an entire new burger, and gave us a coupon! Great food and wonderful service!!

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. We waited FOREVER for our order – longer than 10 minutes. Then when we got it, it was wrong however we were charged for what we originally ordered. The lady that came on the speaker kept asking “what did you order” and I told her what we ordered each time vs what we got, and she’d just keep saying “yeah but what did you order”
I said do you mean what did we RECEIVE?? And she said yes. SMH
She came out and asked the exact same question like she didn’t understand it the other 3 times I said what we ordered vs what we got. Then we had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes or so (a total of 26 minutes waiting at this place) for them to remake 1 sandwich. Then, the food was so underwhelming, it was nowhere near worth the time waited for it. My breakfast toaster was basically just bacon and cheese – the piece of egg is so thin you can see through it. I asked for jelly and they said they don’t have jelly at this location. Our order should have been free at this point. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. I wouldn’t recommend this location AT ALL and they need customer service training.

I ordered a footlong coney this morning. With onion rings. I have had bad experiences with this Sonic and good experiences. I have always went back hoping for the GOOD experience. I think because of my persistence of not giving up, Sonic might be asking me to marry through their Onion Rings. If that is the case, Yes, Sonic. I will marry you!!!! ❤️

This sonic is exceptionally slow. 15 minutes for order with 2 drinks and 2 fried items and order was delivered incorrectly. Server never offered apology. Server took drinks back and Left for another 5 plus minutes and returned with drinks that were melted. No receipt. Tried called over 35 times and line was busy.

Food is just fine. But new experience about food ordering. Very Convenient. Good service. No dine in inside but we can sit in outdoor set.
