I’ve been coming here for years to get discounted desserts Saturday night at 8pm. Tonight I got absolutely gas lighted by an employee. Telling me it’s never been a thing and the discount has only ever applied to the top row of the cold dessert case. Dozens of times I have gotten discounted cheesecake AND pies at this location. I am severely disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Went out of my way to go to kneaders for breakfast sandwiches. They used to come in a box I believe with hashbrowns and they were big and delicious. Now you get one piece of ham one egg no cheese and no mayonnaise. Prices go up quality comes down

A very cute and cozy cafe. The staff were patient and extremely kind. They remade my eggs after i didn’t like the first batch and let me in on the refillable toasts! The verity of food matched with the colouful homey feel makes this a great place to eat breakfast.

If you’re going to call something Famous, then make sure you actually have it in stock. Drive it to Kneaders just for the chicken salad, arrived at 1140 am and they were out of it. No apologies, no offer. Got the tuna salad that was bland and very runny.

The French toast is delicious. Also, if you’re in the mood for it you can get refills on that sweet treat for free. Bottomless French toast!!! They are huge so good luck having more than 2 or 3. Service is slow but they do get pretty busy. Be proactive on your orders.

I’ve been to this location several times over the years and they are always nice but today they were exceptional! I went with my five year old and we entertained the workers as he tried to figure out which treat he wanted most. Eliza was the person who helped us today and she was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us. She overheard me telling my son we were going to split the smoothie, so she brought out an extra cup and two straws for us. She also came with napkins, extra plates and my sons chosen dessert, banana pudding (it was delicious by the way!). I was so impressed by Eliza’s kindness and extra effort and my son was so excited to have his own cup! THANK YOU, ELIZA for making our day! (PS, Kneader Management, please give Eliza a raise!)

I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado salad but when I got home I saw that I didn’t get any turkey. I called and spoke to the manager she was very pleasant. She offered me a refund or a free salad for next time. There’s no way I’d go back to a place that charged me for a turkey salad with no turkey. If it wasn’t for the refund, I would have given 1 star.
