This Arby’s is located in a Pilot gas station. They were the only food service provider open on Christmas Eve. The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered through the drive thru and ate in our vehicle. I wish they had a picnic table or something to eat outside on.

Arby’s used to be a decent place to eat, but this trip was a dumpster fire. Received our Uber Eats order without our drinks having been put out for her (she had to go back, but Uber Eats now says no guarantees she’ll return), no sauces for the Steak Nuggets, and the horrible experience of having those Steak Nuggets! They were black and hard on the outside, fused together, and dry a a bone inside. Thank the lord BOTH mine and my wife’s orders would NOT fill ONE of the containers they came in — nowhere near! No biggie: They were a TERRIBLE waste of money! And what used to be a reliable Arby’s to order from is now crossed off the list. Sad… But it’ll be awhile until I trust Arby’s again overall, nor Uber Eats who we don’t usually use (and will NEVER again — no drinks and no refund!), nor the Washington Post food critic who needs serious help! #AwfulMeal #AwfulExperience #NeverAgain

Typical Arby’s. Place was clean, people were friendly and the food was made to order and served hot! Dining room was open on 5/7/2020 due to Covid19 – several tables were closed.
Was NOT too crowded.
Arby’s is located within the Pilot Truck Stop. Lots of parking that is FREE!!

Customer service goes a long way. I want to give a shout out to Ivy for her warm smile, and very polite manners. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and deserves a raise! She took advantage of every moment to show gratitude and kindness.
On top of that, this location is spacious, allowing truckers ample room to take a break and even plug in a laptop to watch a movie and check emails while eating. And speaking of eating, thos location actually made the best fish sandwich I have yet ever had at an Arby’s, in addition to perfect crinkle-cut fries – not too crisp, perfect amount of salt, and fresh!
My only criticism is that the dining room needed a cleaning pretty badly – several tables had scraps of good on them, and many had trash underneath, with half the tables having their chairs out and ajar. It was not busy at all, and one or two of the other employees could have been out in the dining room cleaning, as it looked like it hadn’t been touched since lunch time.
Again, kudos should be given to Ivy for her customer service being on point, and even exceeding expectations!

Arby’s is a really good place to come here in Asian I like it because you can definitely have some good meals there and there are not completely disgustingly fat service is not the best but the place is nice and clean this I do recommend to come. Everyone should come and try the mozzarella sticks.

Asked for a pound and got a 1/2pound and an Oz. I didn’t ask for extra meat but a full pound, which is like asking for 2 sandwiches. They couldn’t figure it out and had the nerve to say that I’m rude. Yet I’m giving clear instructions and paying to boot. Yes, we need to know clear English and know how to follow paying customers’ directions. Other than that, I had to think out the box to get what I wanted just paid extra, which I’m highly angry about it. My thoughts, please learn your menu and portions. Hear what the customer is asking and keep your smart replies to yourself. Smile and have courtesy even if the customer is harsh. Kindness kills the most hard will soul.. Have a good day… and no- thank you for a very non constructive experience. Below is my one pd sandwich after combining another purchase sandwich.
