I go to pick up my food and it’s empty in there, I’m glad that I don’t have to wait for my food but upon arriving home with my food I have 1 barbecue dipping sauce and 1 garlic parm dipping sauce for 20 wings. I see on the receipt that it did ask for side sauce but that is not how it was presented on the app and only two sauces for 20 wings? That’s crazy! It’s not even worth it to fight for 30 minutes through Mahoning traffic to try to get back and get more sauce because the wings would be even colder than they already were over an hour and a half after they were originally done! Stupid expensive, cold dry wings, tiny amount of sauce. Thumbs way down.

Another horrible experience. We ordered our food. Waited about 45 minutes for our food. They was 7 tables and about 8 people sitting at the bar. Food was cold. Not even warm at all.
I refused food and asked manager to take it off the bill. My food was removed from our bill but my wife and daughters weren’t. Wife and daughter wouldn’t eat half of it.
Quaker is so much better.

We decided to go and take advantage of the 19.99 special that’s been everywhere. It’s not really that great of a deal because you can always use one protein and the rest of your size so you can’t really tailor it to how you want. Food overall wasn’t bad. The prices of things are changing but the atmosphere and the experience is not. The wings aren’t usually that bad but that’s because I ordered them a special way. I ordered a blue Long Island and it really just tastes like Kool-Aid. Our server was nice, although she didn’t come back to the table very much. Overall, when you go to Buffalo wild wings you tend to technically expect to get what you get.

Nick my bartender was fantastic, went over all specials and helped me pick the best beer option for me: food was hot, fresh and quick. Beth the manager came by to check on me and chatted for a few as well. Staff was great food was delicious, restaurant was clean and well maintained. I travel a lot for work and this will be added to my must stops next time I’m in the area. It’s hard to find personable staff, so I’ll be back

Actually the worst Bdubs I had been to. Bdubs as a whole is a pretty good restaurant chain except for this location in particular. This location is very slow. They never have anyone up front, the food takes forever to come out, and is all overall bad quality. The service isn’t too bad, but it is very clear that the people running this location don’t do a very good job at all.

This location has gone way downhill. Used to order here weekly but as of the last 6 months or so it’s continually getting worse every time. I primarily order through DoorDash and my food is made incorrectly pretty consistently. I figured I’d try going in instead and it was even worse. Maybe 10 other people in the place and the service was slow, the food took forever to come out. My wife and I ordered online today, over an hour ahead of time, and not only did we still have to wait an extra 15 minutes past the pickup time, both meals were made wrong. Simple requests like not including a sauce on a burger. The 6 boneless wings had maybe enough chicken between them to make 1 wing. They were dry and 90% breading. For a $45 meal to only be able to eat the $5 worth of fries is a little insane. I’ve given this place more than enough chances. Sad really because I really used to love the food here.

The chefs don’t know how to count and do basic math. They gave me 13 wings instead of what I paid for which is 15 after I waited over 30 minutes along with another family they couldn’t even get my order right and there was not that many customers, place wasn’t packed. Then when I told them that they didn’t give me the 15 wings I paid for and I’m missing two they just gave me 2 boneless chicken bites which is cheaper than what I paid for. Just threw them in 2 separate containers and gave it to me. Everyone count your wings before you leave because this isn’t the first time they’ve shorted me 2 wings. Next time I order pick up, I’m not leaving until they give me the amount of WINGS I paid for, not chicken bites.

Love the New remodel.! Hopefully this will boost everything coming out the kitchen an also specials they put in line. Create a happy hour for people that come in for lunch. I enjoy a cold beverage for a dolla cheaper atleast.
