So I bought a cheesy Gordita crunch, this is supposed to be $5.99 plus tax.. So $7.00 taco.. and I showed up alittle late, told him how he’d have to probably make it again, so instead of letting me keep the cold one, he insisted on throwing the first one away all to then give me this Bullshit. Maybe if I had gotten both, I would have gotten one solid Gordita crunch.. instead I left spending $7 on this bullshit. Might as well have gotten a few soft tacos for that price! Why skimp me on a cheesy gordita crunch, Buyer Beware.. nothing you get will be as pictured on Taco Bell atleast for this location.. I got a $.50 cent taco for $7, guess business must be really bad when you can’t give a customer what they pay for!

Too busy playing to take an order, get to the window after 15 minutes and they want you to go back around again because of a timer!?
Clearly the management needs to be re-trained and train their staff to fill the needs of the guest not a timer!
On the bright side I didn’t get food poisoning tonight!

I have to say that this is the only Taco Bell that I will go to, the people who work here are very nice and their environment is very clean and their food is always very fresh. Every time I went to a different restaurant of Taco Bell restaurant, they are very dirty and the people who worked there were very rude. So I will continue to enjoy Taco Bell here on Northlake Blvd

I have been coming to this taco bell for years. Every time I order my FAVORITE burrito the chicken enchilada burrito I get hard rice…how hard is it to cook rice.. Also, I ordered 2 sides of black beans and I was expecting the screen shot posted and this is what I received. I got 2 of them which was almost $5. I asked the manager why it was this size and I was told this is the new size. Absolute joke and proof of shrinkflation. Meanwhile a size of jalapenos is $0.42 in the same size cup. Never again

Whoever is running this taco bell, has no place to be leading a business. The most sorry place I have ever gotten food from. Go to open the door and it’s locked, so I get in the drive through for 20 minutes because it’s backed up. Once I get to the speaker and tell them I’m picking up for door dash, for my own self at that, I’m not a dasher, they then say you have to pick it up inside. I specify that the door was locked and they say you have to tell someone you are picking up for door dash to unlock the door for you. There is no sign that says that so how do I know? After I sat there and waited, someone lets me inside. I stand there for 20 minutes with nobody greeting me or saying anything, finally someone asks me if I’m picking up.
It’s not the customers job to greet, it is the employees job, and these are doing a very lack luster job at running an efficient business. The sad part, I’ve been here multiple times and I have been told if the door is locked then you can go in the drive through for door dash. Everytime I come here it’s a nightmare, there is no consistency, and it’s ran very poorly. Get it together.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My friend and I stood at the counter for over twenty minutes waiting for our food. Other then an Uber eats delivery driver, who also waited forever, the place was completely empty! When I asked a.lady, who I believe was actually the manager, how much longer our food was going to be, she turned around, looked at the order screen, said nothing, and walked away. Thank goodness for a young gentleman, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, finally stepped in and got us our food. If it wasn’t for him, we’d still be waiting for it.

Management at this location is a joke and all the employees are extremely rude and unqualified for even this simple job! All you need to know about the quality of service provider are in the many dissatisfied reviews left, hit newest and scroll to see the pattern of constant issues here. Beware and stay away! There’s another Taco Bell on Blue Heron blvd past congress just down the road that give EXCEPTIONAL service in comparison.

What I heard from an employee is that their beef product is actually horse meat. I don’t ever eat their beef anyway, but if they actually corporately substitute their beef product for horse meat, I will never eat there again. I have actually stopped eating there anyway because their food is way way too expensive for what it is. I can make everything they make at home and enjoy it better and have no gut issues later on.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over 30 years. For a long time, there was a lovely older gentlemen who made the whole machine run. For the last decade or so, management has been inconsistent and food is spotty. Recently I went in a couple times and had the first nice experience after years. Friendly and customer focused care, apologizing and correcting mistakes, leadership happening behind the scenes. Thank you to employee West for the nice experience recently and hope you stick through and help manage the Taco Bell back to its glory days.
