This was my first time at this location as I didn’t know there were any left, as there are none in Harnett and the Cicis I used to go to has been closed for awhile in Spring Lake. It was really quiet when me and the other person I was with got there. The salad I had was great and so were the pizzas I had, just as I’ve come to expect from Cicis. The other person in my party also enjoyed their food. Unless a location opens up near where I live, we will be back.

Night shift Management is rude and not very helpful. I had ordered 2 Buffetts for my Pregnant wife and I. She became sick and wasnt able to eat the pizza we had prepared off the buffet. I asked for a box to go so she could eat the pizza later once she felt better. They were trying to charge me an extra charge for taking the pizza with us. The total of the box and the pizza would have been 10-12$ extra orher than the $30 that I had already paid for the dine in. This Cici’s pizza is a scam and I hope they actually close the doors soon for not being supportive of a pregnant lady. I could just imagine how they treat other medical conditions of other customers.

Food tasted good until we was eating and a giant roach crawled on the table. I went a got the manager and she immediately said “I’m sorry I can give you a refund.” She was apologetic and very nice but I certainly won’t be coming back due to this.

I really love it, but the last time I visited I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a soup …while the employee finished the final cleaning, even though it was only 8:00 PM and the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. The customer is paying…

Since covid they have new rules. They now serve you and the buffet is covered with plexiglass so u can see the food but can’t pass on germs. They were all nice and attentive. Food was fresh at 11:30am. They serve you food and drinks while wearing masks and gloves. Everyone is required to wear a mask when standing and walking around inside. You can remove masks once seated.

This Cicis is in huge disarray. The safe was slow o. everything. They would wait for almost every pizza to be out before they started to cook the next pizzas. The drinks were flat, the ice in the drink machine was empty.

From being greeted in to leaving, everyone was nice. We got there around 9pm and they still had plenty of pizza options for us. We did order wings and they were amazing the resturant was pretty clean as well. we will definitely be coming back!

Would give this place zero stars if I could they don’t even deserve the one I had to give… place is an absolute disaster most all tables dirty very little pizza on buffet what is on it is cold and old got bowl of noodles with chicken broth over it chicken was tangy broth cold barely room temp as well as the noodle. This is the absolute worst cicis pizza I have ever been to not to mention the restrooms were disgusting have not been cleaned in days
