I’ve been coming here for years and never have payed for one sweet and sour sauce do to I don’t like Ketchup, and then all the sudden start charging for one little pack of Sweet and sour sauce that is priced at Fifty cents i came here on Wednesday the 26 and they didn’t Charge me that day What’s different from today Friday the 28 they all ready don’t put ketchup in the bag for the French fries you get for the meal. I will not be coming back here again.
Here is a picture that they don’t even put ketchup in the bag not even one and I was not even asked if I wanted ketchup. The think that Hurted the most is they wouldn’t even give me one that all I asked for but the Supervisors , slash manager wanted me to pay fifty cents for one because they changed it all the sudden.

This Wendy’s location truly sets the bar high for fast-food experiences! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness – the dining area was spotless, tables wiped down, and even the self-serve drink station was pristine. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.
My order was taken promptly and accurately, with the cashier being incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite a few customizations, everything was exactly as requested, which isn’t always a given at fast-food establishments. The digital menu board also made it easy to see my order as it was being placed, adding an extra layer of accuracy.
And the food quality? Absolutely fantastic! My burger was hot, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings that tasted like they’d just been prepared. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, exactly what you hope for from Wendy’s. Even the Frosty was thick and creamy, a perfect end to the meal.
Beyond the core aspects, the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The music wasn’t too loud, and there was a steady, but not overwhelming, flow of customers, indicating consistent popularity. By the time I placed my order and walked out of the building, it was only 2 minutes that had passed. They immediately had my food ready and it was perfect. The fries were fresh and so was the meat on my sandwich. One of the best Wendy’s around.

My first time dining in with my son and it was awesome great service by Osvaldo great food by the cooker and the manager Mario gave my son a toy the whole crew did great also it’s a clean place 10 out of 10 great team guys. Well I returned next day with my 4 boys to have breakfast Mario was very polite in the morning they don’t have chicken nuggets but the manager Mario cooked them for us he is the best now my kids were happy thank you Mario.

I came in this morning around 9:10 for a veterans day breakfast combo. When I got to the window to show the man my DL with “Navy Veteran” listed at the bottom he said he needed to see another military ID. I’m a vet this is all I have besides my dd214. My DL showing Navy Veteran should be enough because I had to show my 214 as proof for them to add it to my license. He wasnt very nice about it. I dont know what other ID I could’ve given him since I’m no longer in service and didn’t retire from the service.

Customer service is a big part of this job.. I worked at Wendy’s as a teen and still work in customer service til this day. Every day isn’t a good day but your customers should NEVER know that. I pulled up to the first window the young lady never spoke, smiled, read me my order, or even acknowledged my being besides my card to pay and I spoke myself saying hello and thank you after a 12+ hour shift at work OUTDOORS in this summer heat! Whoever was in the first window on 8/16/25 at 8:42pm there were 2 young ladies needs to be coached or moved to kitchen/fries..

They got my wife’s order wrong. Instead of a chicken sandwich with no mayo all they gave her was a chicken patty on a bun. Do not waste your time. They also asked our order name repeatedly. over 6 times. Never again, Wendy.
UPDATE 08/28: still got my order wrong. Put mayo on what should have had no mayo. Gave me 5 nugs instead of 6. And didn’t apply my coupon to my order.

NO CLUE WHAT THIS IS BUT ITS DEFINITELY NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN A DRINK! AFTER FINISHING THE DRINK AND MY BOYFRIEND EATING THE ICE. HE NOTICED THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE IN HIS DRINK! AFTER POURING OUT THE ICE WE NOTICE ITS A BROWN SLIME LIKE SUBSTANCE! DO NOT GO TO WENDYS AT THIS LOCATION. THE WHOLE BUILDING SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! BEFORE GETTING THE FOOD THE HISPANIC CHICK AT THE WINDOW WOULD ONLY CRACK THE WINDOW AN INCH WIDE TO GIVE US OUR ITEMS.
