I am writing this review because of the customer service I received at the Jack-in-the-Box drive-through. The drive thru. Female attendant was very rude. Every form of “rude” was used It was very unprofessional and uncalled for . I was extremely disappointed her voice grew so loud that i felt like i was getting scolded when i let her know my order was incomplete she literally snatched the bag out of my hand. Added the missing items but did not hard it to me she put on the counter on the outer-side of the drive thru window and slammed her window shut turning away from me altogether . I guess. That was her way. Of telling me heres your. Food. Goodbye! I i literally was so shocked i started laughing in disbelief , she still felt my presence and instead of opening the window and asking me if theres anything. Else She can help me with she. Just turned around and stared at me with this what now. ?!!! Look .. so i smh and vowed to. Write a review .I gave this place one star because of a terrible drive-through service, I ordered and my order wasn’t complete and when I let her know, she was upset at me for making a mistake and it was her mistake! From my understanding her reaction should have been apologetic not. Hateful. And i know shes like this all the time because. I had gone two. Times prior. And she was also rude. I blew it off as her having a bad. Day but one two three times. Im sorry. But no.U need to be held responsible for the way you treat people. Why am i paying to be treated liike that ? So yeah i choose not to go there any longer . I mean, give me a break if you don’t like your job find a different one, as for the food, it was good that’s about it

The lady cashier in the widow seemed irritated by her job, she got our order wrong, and was upset when we told her about it. We just because we didn’t want to argue anymore. But this isn’t the first time their service was bad, they are usually always in a bad mood to work with customers.

I have nothing more to say, really hungry at night so I stopped in for the first time. The price is really high compared to the quality of the chicken, the surrounding space is humid and not cleaned so it smells, as well as the staff need me to rush for more than 20 minutes to get the food.

The quality has gone way down at this location the last few months. Soggy food, orders not correct. And wow so stingy on the sauce. They don’t give you sauces that you order and they act like its a huge hassle when you ask for it! Hello I juat spent over $40 on gast food, give me the sauce! I’m way over paying so much for crappy food. Im just going to save my money and spend it at an actual restaurant when I need a quick option.

first time here. service was okay but it seemed like most customers had an issue. machine had no ice. it looked like the staff was preparing that task but it took a while. a lot of the drinks in the beverage machine were flat – no carbonation. and after getting my order there was cheese when I requested no cheese thank you.
