Great deal at Shakey’s, you get to sample all the favorites alone or in a large group. Pizza is always hot, Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza options were delicious. Fresh options in the salad bar, cesar salad always hits the spot. S’mores pizza was different, a bit too sweet for me.
Staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Their new facility in Pico Rivera highlights Latino heritage with posters of several Latino films along with childhood collections like stuffed animals and lunch pails scattered into their design. This would be an awesome place for a kids or family party.

This location was closed due to a fire. They recently opened and we decided to have my granddaughter a last minute birthday celebration here. The management was beyond accommodating. The staff was so attentive, they made sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. I can’t stress enough how great the managers in charge were. I recommend and give this location a 5 STAR!

I recently visited the newly reopened Shakey’s in Pico Rivera and I’m glad to see it back in the neighborhood! The place looks refreshed, clean, and much more organized compared to before. It feels welcoming as soon as you walk in.
The pizza came out hot and fresh, with that classic Shakey’s flavor we all grew up with. The mojos were crispy and seasoned just right — definitely a must-order. The chicken was also cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and juicy inside.
Service was friendly and attentive. Staff seemed happy to be there and were quick to help with anything we needed. Even during busy hours, the team kept things moving smoothly.
Overall, it’s great to have Shakey’s back in Pico Rivera. Perfect spot for family nights, birthday parties, or just when you’re craving pizza and mojos. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shakey’s in Pico Rivera was temporarily closed due to a fire. They did an excellent job at remodeling it. There were a lot of people, but it appeared that everyone accommodated. I didn’t notice anyone standing around waiting for a table. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Bunch of lunch is still a good deal. Baked chicken is usually pretty dry, but that’s cause everyone goes for the fried chicken which is replaced more often during bunch of lunch. Mojo’s can sometimes be too dry as well, not sure what’s the excuse on that one. Pizza though is regularly kept coming. Salad bar is periodically replenished but it might be a while until they get to it if they’re busy.
For normal dine in of course everything is better and made fresh.
Restaurant is fairly clean and staff is friendly for the most part.

Get the combo package mojos, chicken, pizza. The mojos here still fantastic. The chicken was a little greasy but tasty. Although busy, I got my food pretty quickly. One complaint is no orange with the blue moon draft…boo. otherwise kids have fun here with a mini arcade.

Very inefficient, dirty, slow service, loud. First of all, my family was going to come here for my brother’s birthday, LET ME TELL YOU, I hated the food service as the food got to me and my family about HALF AN HOUR LATE, the only reason they brought it was because my sister went and asked for it. Then, the plates, I don’t understand how hard it is to just bring plates, it’s been 25 minutes and the food is already cold…. I’m hungry, whyyy, my sister had to go get those too, and then a potato chip had a FREAKINN HAIR IN IT, I almost swallowed it until I felt it just ruined my appetite

Great place always clean. If not clean and need of table, just ask the staff they will do it. It was fast an delicious. 3 pieces and with mojo and 16pc chicken. Great customer service experience and great food.
