Staff are good, food is good, physical plant is always a disaster. 3 bays unusable due to covering of the station open. Trying to do a mobile pickup, the only bay labeled is #10, which I assume there is 9 more? Couldn’t find that. So I just walked up. No biggie. Within 3 minutes food was ready and on my way. Like I said, it’s the physical plant itself, not the food or employees.

I do not refer this place for anybody.The coworkers were outside playing around.We waited at least about forty minutes before they came in.Took our order and then when they finally did that, my order as you can see, the chili was burnt and it didn’t really have any flavor so it’s probably owed.And then they burnt it trying to warm it up very disappointing because that’s one of my favorite things.There is a chili cheese dog because I ate that whole foot long when it’s good

it took 12 minutes to get a medium banana shake and there was 1 car in front of me and 1 car in back of me they served the front vehicle and then served the person behind me before they even came to my vehicle I had to say something about everyone else getting taken care of and why did they skip me when I only have a shake ordered and they’re rude. the shake wasnt that good to top it off!

I go to this sonic on a regular basis. There is a new boy there that is so sweet and respectful. He is a great new friendly face to have around and I will definitely be visiting again. My food was delicious, and so was my drink that he assured me he made, just the way I asked for. He made sure there was nothing else he could help me with and told me to have a wonderful night and to drive safe. His name was Aiden from what I caught, and i’m hoping the people he works with are appreciative of him. He seems like an exceptional worker and a friendly person.

The sign in front of the property should have indicated everything you needed to know about this location. If that didn’t give it away then certainly the leaking roof over the covered outdoor eating area should have been a second red flag. Being a glutton for punishment I even chose to ignore the third warning sign, coin operated kid rides (never seen this at a Sonic) outside under the covered eating area.
Our waitress attempted humor by saying no to every item requested. Despite this, the order came out correct.
The straws for our drinks looked like shakes the clown personally delivered them and we’re large enough in diameter to provide water to a housing development. Our waitress explained, the straws were delivered by mistake to them from the local dairy Queen which apparently they own as well and were the only straws available for us to use. The tater tots were cooked in old grease that had black pieces floating in it, which were deposited on said tater tots. The tomatoes on my burger were harvested somewhere around 1936 and I’m certain they were good back then when they had cell walls. All ingredients seemed old and stale. I’ve never had bad food at a Sonic until today. If you’re constipated I would suggest eating at this location.

A Door Dash customer ordered a drink and it took them so long, the delivery was cancelled. It’s been several times I have went for a Door Dash order and this location has been extremely poor with customer service. And to top it off, they’ll have two cars on the lot.

The mayo and lettuce was not right. It lasted on like wet paper. The whole three orders were squished into one tiny bag. The time was slow but faster then kfc.
I came back for a second time and had BLT. It had black bacon hard bits. Again soggy lettuce. The toast was so weird I had to pull the bread. Ever had two tomato ends. Yep two. Look at this plz give me a break.

Slow service, you never know if you’re going to get in and out of there in less than a half hour even when you place an order on line with an estimated ready time. Sometimes you get a full large order in under 10 minutes, sometimes you end up waiting over 30 minutes for a single drink.
