Normally I might just complain inside and get the order corrected but when you fill a small fry container barely halfway in such a struggling economy, you just get a bad review. There’s really just no excuse for that. Nobody on a budget is in a situation right now to throw their money away and it doesn’t take a high degree of training to understand that you fill the container to the top.

We went for the prime rib sandwich but they said it was gone That’s the reason for my three star rating about we ended up getting the beef and cheddar and it was very good. I believe we have one of the last remaining original Arby’s signs in Meadville PA!!

Went through the drive thru in the two spilt line, had the girl skip over us three times and never took our order, even after acknowledging us because we were upset she was skipping us. I used to come once a week. Now I’m never coming back. Learn proper drive thru etiquette if you’re going to run a business.

In all my years of eating at not only Arby’s but fast food restaurants, I have never met an employee as outstanding as I did this evening! The kind young woman working the drive thru named Alexzandra was fast, efficient, and accurate with our order. Furthermore, I can say with certainty her customer service skills were top notch. I don’t think I have been treated that well even in fine dining restaurants! We will definitely be back here again, because I know at this location we are guaranteed the best service!

The usual smokehouse brisket was great. I get that every single time I go to Arby’s. But the fish and chips was pretty bad, super greasy. It left a lot to be desired. Bonus points that they still have the retro Arby’s cowboy hat sign. Hopefully it remains that way forever.
Edit: I have updated my review to 5 stars because Arby’s corporate has taken measures to reimburse me for the fish dinner and also the restaurant manager called regarding the fish dinner. I was surprised that they went to that much trouble to make things right and I sincerely appreciate that. Thank you.
