1st time here and let my son order & design a little bday cake. Got strawberry & it was amazing! Also the almond flavor? (I think thats right?) Is great and i believe cherry?? Was the best ever.. or some other fruit that was strawberry or red velvet flavor but red colored. Will deff be back to the dayton one, prolly not beavercreek. Wasn’t as friendly. I was still picking stuff out & she rang me up. I told the young brown haired girl (not the tall slender young girl) i wasnt done and she apologized & said she already rang me up. Ordered a cake for a birthday party and it was excellent. I gave a 2 week notice and was ready on time with a smile. It was moist and fresh.
Lemon Creme cake mentioned in the description the gummy candy was out of stock. They put 8 dollops of icing on instead. Made it a bit sweet, but it was truly great! Would buy another cake in a heartbeat.

I purchased an 8 inch double cake for $34 on January 2 to be picked up on January 6 when I got to the store they didn’t have an 8 inch cake box so they put it in a large square box which did not make it home with the cake intact My cake was ruined. I could not serve it. This was a special 65th birthday for my husband with all of our family and they ruined it with no cake. I would not recommend buying from them ever. if you can’t put it in the right box then don’t sell the Cake.

Ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday. The edible image was beautiful, the message was small but clearly legible. When we had a piece the cake was as moist and delicious as always. Definitely the place to go if you need a great cake!
Also while picking up the cake I snagged some peanut butter buckeyes, done brownies, and am eclair. All of these were delicious as well.

I frequently visit the Ele at Austin Landing. I stopped in today to buy some cupcakes for my family. I have always had good service and fresh pastries. NOT today! I bake a lot myself and there is NO WAY that these were fresh. They were crumbly and the icing was hard. If they were left- over from the holidays it should be advertised and a customer should NOT have to pay full price. I was there before noon, so they did not set around all day. And there we no chocolate cupcakes to be bought. These were the worst I’ve had. The young lady who helped me was uncharacteristically unpleasant.Next time I’ll go to Dorothy Lane after I KNOW the pastries are fresh and the service steller.

Overpriced cake that is 30 percent icing. Cake flavor is good and it always moist. Phone rep I dealt with chose to lie to me when I asked if they saved past orders instead of simply doing her job. Service is everything. Not a good experience on my last visit.

The tasting consultation was easy, thorough and generous in their fresh samples – we instantly loved their fruitier fillings for our cake. Lots of options, all reasonably priced. Best buttercream you can get. The frosted sugar cookies are super cute and are actually soft and delicious. Not just for show like most places.
