Stopped in at The Ramen Bar near Foothills Mall and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and well-balanced everything was. The poke bowl came with generous scoops of protein, and both the spicy tuna and salmon were fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the sweet mango sauce drizzled on top. The ratio of mix-ins was spot on, and adding wonton strips gave it the exact crunch it needed without overpowering the bowl.

I also tried the fried squid, which was cooked nicely and came in these cute, two-bite pieces that were easy to enjoy. The green citrus-style sauce served with it was a highlight—bright, refreshing, and tasting like it had a touch of lemon juice. Even if they don’t have lemon wedges available, that sauce more than makes up for it.

Service was great as well. The young lady who helped us was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Overall, really solid experience. Thanks again!

Was excited to try this place and was very disappointed. Ordered the pork ramen and only received one full piece of pork in the entire dish. I should’ve had probably three pieces in the bowl and this was very disappointing. Service was great, but that doesn’t make-up for lack of pork in a literal pork bowl.

Perfect spot for a date night! My partner and I came tonight and we got the Roasted Pork Rice Bowl, Miso Ramen, and Takoyaki. The food was very flavorful and the pork was cooked to perfection with a nice crisp, yet tender and melty. The server was super sweet and helpful! Vibes were immaculate- playlist consisted a mix of rock and indie/dream pop and my boyfriend and I were jamming out to every song. The seating area consisted of 3-4 tables that could accommodate up to 4 people each, and there was bar seating. Option to order with a kiosk or at the counter. This will definitely be our go-to place on the Northwest side when we are craving ramen. We will be back!!!

Small place with limited seating (5-6 tables). Fast casual dining, order at a kiosk and they bring your food when ready. Good selection of ramen and rice bowls, but prices are a bit high. Lunch for 2 was $40 with a fountain drink. There are lots of (extra cost) options for additions to your ramen, so you really build your dish. Ramen is delivered in a real bowl, the rice bowls appear to be disposable.
The flavor and portion size of the ramen is excellent – definitely a filling lunch!
Not much for ambiance, pretty spartan (see photo 4).

We got the tonkotsu ramen, takoyakis and kaarage and everything was delicious. Will definitely go back to try the different dishes. I’m certain this might become one of my favorite ramen places.

The only down side is that the locale is fairly small and there’s not a lot of tables available, but the bar area has probably like 8-10 sits and its a good option if it’s just you or a group of 2-3 people

Came with a friend for lunch today and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of ingredients. We both ordered a poke bowl which are fully customizable and a filing portion. It was crispy, fresh, cold and full of flavor. The place is pretty small, but it’s clean and the staff was really sweet and patient with our questions. Definitely recommend!

Delicious ramen bowls that are fully customizable and fairly priced! I’ve tried a lot of ramen places and this one remains my favorite. Always getting the build your own ramen: tonkotsu pork ramen bowl that has thick slices of perfectly cooked pork and rich broth. A cozy, relaxed environment where you can easily get drinks, appetizers, and main dishes for 40$ for 2. We even have enough to take home after!

1st time here with my 5 year old and 8 year old. Let’s just say my 8 year old son stated he could eat here everyday and asked me to submit the survey. The inside is cute and the food was delicious. The staff is very helpful explaining the menu to us being the first time and the food came out very quick! This place will for sure be on the often choice of food for us!

I absolutely loved the food here! I got a Poke bowl and it was by far the best one I have ever got. Fresh salmon, veggies and rice. My husband got ramen and shrimp tempura which looked amazing and he confirmed it was. Would definitely come back!
