Everything about my experience here was amazing. The food came out fresh, full of flavor, and you could tell they actually put care into every dish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really good atmosphere — perfect for a quick bite or a full meal. I went here a few days back and I wasn’t going to write a review but my wife and I kept talking about how nice the service was this time. That beautiful cashier named Alicia was absolutely perfect and handled my complaints properly and with respect unlike some of the other cashiers I’ve dealt with here. The cook, I think his name was Jamal, was a magician in the back. Super friendly and funny! They both deserve raises. The food was delicious and the place was clean. What more can you ask for?

I typically get good service and good food quality here, but my last two visits were quite disappointing. About a month ago I decided to take advantage of the Tuesday Tender Bender promotion, placing my order on the app, only to discover the tenders were thawing. They apologized and refunded my purchase, and I just shook it off since things happen (but to not be prepared for a weekly promotional item is really inexcusable). Fast forward two weeks…I wanted this time to use my 10 tenders for $10 coupon. The cashier took my order and payment, and about a minute later the same person came and gave me the exact same story, that the chicken was still thawing and not available. I received another apology and refund, but really!?!? As the trusted saying goes, “fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame me”. Do better, and quickly. I donwant to come back once management improves.

I came into Hardee’s this morning, me and my family. It took a little longer to receive the food but there was a bunch of people in lobby, so I understand. There was a new girl up front with blonde money pieces bagging all the orders, and surprisingly there was no ketchup today… I was looking forward to getting ketchup with my fries. Not sure if they had any in the back but a girl with the bob hair was very rude to me this morning, she rolled her eyes when she told me she didn’t know how to take orders… why are you here then lol. I went thru the drive thru, or wanted to but line was extremely long. There was 2 girls working and being helpful for one another, not sure on anybody’s name… I’m trying to describe them as best as I possibly can. But the girls in the drive thru was ginger and a girl with curly hair. I can say they were pulling people to the curb but they was not there long at all. And a big shout out to the people in the back they were working extremely hard making sure all orders were up and getting served out. Most of the older women had very disgusting attitudes which made me want to turn around and walk out. There was no reason for the kids to be more respectful than the adults. Besides all that was said. The food was delicious and I would 100 percent eat here again!

This place is usually pretty decent, but was awful tonight, Mon Oct 13th around 8pm. I went through the drive through and ordered a large double Frisco combo. I tried to order a shake too and they said that shakes weren’t available now. After ordering, they asked me to pull into a parking spot. There was already a car pulled forward waiting for their food and someone ordered after me and had to pull into a spot to wait, which is faking their drive through times. I waited at least 10 minutes for my food. When it was delivered the girl said here’s your food. No thank you, nothing. I said thank you and she gave no response. I look at my food and saw a sandwich and a large fry. I pulled out to go home and stuck my hand in the bag to snack on some fries, and the fries were cold. Not even heating lamp warm. They must have been put it the bag and left there while they made the sandwich. I was annoyed but had to get home. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it’s a single Frisco melt, not the double I paid for. So no shake, a large fry that was cold and a single instead of a double. They basically didn’t get 1 thing right. I grabbed my receipt to call the manager and the phone is turned off. Just a recording saying they aren’t available. What the heck is wrong with this place? I will think twice about going there next time. That’s ridiculous. I saved my receipt in case someone wants the order number. The staff tonight needs retraining.

Extremely disappointed with this Hardee’s. When I pulled up, one of the employees was outside smoking and wandering around the parking lot instead of working. It already set a bad tone.
Then it took forever to get our food, and when we finally got it, they were missing a fry. How hard is it to get two combo meals right?
Slow service, poor attention to detail, and an overall lack of professionalism. Definitely not the experience I expect from this location.

I was at this location sunday morning and couldn’t help but notice one of your workers kindness. She was so sweet, and patient with me as i have a hard time understanding certain things due to my age. I asked her what her name was and she told me her name was Hayley. She was sweet and i can’t be more thankful for how much of an amazing employee she is. She apologized for my wait when she brought my food out. I wish i could’ve tipped her.

My husband and I went to the Hardee’s on Madison st in Clarksville and ended up leaving after ordering bc the service was so awful. We drove to this location and the employees were friendly and the food was amazing! We will continue to make the drive here for better service and food! Thanks!

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Hardees in the last 5 to 6 years tonight. Came to the drive-through for a basic classic dinner bag paid for it and was instructed to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food to be prepared. Five minutes later, I was delivered my order and two of the four components of the order were wrong. I went back to the drive-through window to request that curly fries be given to me to replace the regular fries that I ordered and was insinuated that I had not ordered curly fries, despite the fact that my receipt clearly stated that the order taker had put in curly fries and then they delivered regular fries. They instructed me to go back to my parking place and after waiting an additional 5 to 6 minutes, the curly fries were delivered, and the original food in the bag was lukewarm between poor attitude that I experienced from the staff and the poor quality of food. It was a significant disappointment And not in character for what I have come to expect out of Hardee’s experiences beware of the Pleasantview Tennessee Hardees.
