Food was typical good and service was excellent but I could not help but get disgusted at the lady at the bacon griddle hacking away, if I had ordered bacon or sausage I would have walked out before my food came, was tempted to anyway. It was nonstop even when she stepped off to the bathroom when we got to hear her try to hack it up. Nobody else seemed to be bothered in the pretty busy restaurant.

Eggs weren’t cooked all the way, raw in some parts. Ham looked disgusting and not fried all the way. It looks like they haven’t cleaned behind the counter where they cook. Nice people tho. Better off going to the one on RedBud Rd if you come to Calhoun for Waffle House.

Although I have a waffle house closer than this location to my house but I prefer going to this location. Their food is fresh and tasty. They clean their grill and stove after every meal they cook which was the main reason I started coming here because the other was would always serve me with sagging hash brown with black crumbs of grill stuck to it and always forget some item I order. This waffle house has the best service even on busy weekends, they serve fast and fresh.

Waffle House serves breakfast 24/7. I can’t imagine that anyone doesn’t know what Waffle House is. This location has only been open a few years so this restaurant is still “new.” Our server today was one that we worked with previously at a different restaurant, so we got personal service on a first name basis.

My husband any I stopped for breakfast on our way to Murphy, N.C. When entering the restaurant, the music was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other speak my husband asked the server if it was going to remain that loud before we ordered our food. Her response was, well some songs are louder than others. Duh, we are not stupid! With that response, we didn’t to leave. We enjoyed a pleasant meal at IHOP. Is this what Waffle House is becoming? If so, we will no longer patronize the establishment. If not, you may want to let your Calhoun restaurant know that not everyone enjoys breakfast to blaring music! Thank you for your attention to this matter

When I woke up way too early one morning and McDonald’s and Dunkin’ had yet to open, I was happy to find I could get coffee at the Waffle House. The ladies working the counter were pleasant despite the early hour.

Great food and service previously. I guess there are bad apples in disguise in every situation. Just had to wait for a waitress to finish her childlike banter with employees and customers before she could even take my order. Being a former WH employee I understand the importance of customer rapport but not at the expense of the current customer’s time. The entire 30 minute inside the WH I was only spoken to once by my waitress. Great mood UNTIL I spent 30 minutes nursing 1 cup of coffee.
