They have bugs in their food. I ordered food today and it arrived with a bug in it free of charge. I returned it to the restaurant and the manager wasn’t even surprised at all. He took the bug out and asked if I wanted it to be remade…he put it in the fridge after and kept it there.

I Got take out tonight from this chipotle, they robbed me one of my sides but charged me full price for the meal.
I won’t be ordering online anymore. I wouldn’t order online from this place. In person is not bad but this is annoying.

Came in around lunch time and it was pretty empty here. Lines weren’t that bad, food they gave was a bit meager – wish they loaded it up. I would always order in person for chipotle since they’re known to skimp. Tables were a bit dirty but lots of places to sit. Would give this chipotle an average rating

Juan Cardona and the team at store 0781 are very good and very efficient. They are very fast on a busy lunch day. They follow up with me and other guest with questions such as “How is your day so far, would you like a cup of water, or do you need anything else with your order?” That’s very good hospitality practice, especially in a fast-paced environment during lunch hour. Chipotle food is very decent for a quick bite to eat. Keep up the good work at this location

I recently visited the Chipotle location at this location and had an extremely disappointing experience. The issues began as soon as I walked in the door.
First, the line was incredibly long, and it moved at a snail’s pace. It seemed like the staff were either untrained or completely uninterested in providing quick service. I understand that sometimes there are rushes, but this felt more like a lack of organization and efficiency.
When I finally got to order, the staff were inattentive and rude. They barely listened to my order, and I had to repeat myself several times. Even then, they still got my order wrong. The ingredients looked unappetizing, and some of the containers were nearly empty, yet no one seemed to be refilling them.
The food itself was a disaster. My burrito bowl was missing key ingredients, and what was there was either overcooked or undercooked. The rice was hard and crunchy, the beans were cold, and the meat was dry and flavorless. The portions were also much smaller than what I’m used to at other Chipotle locations.
To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. Tables were not being cleaned, the floor was littered with trash, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location.
Overall, my experience at this Chipotle was incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this location and will think twice before visiting any Chipotle in the future. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so that future customers do not have to endure the same poor experience.

Please, please, please for the love of god CHECK your receipts BEFORE you leave. They may intentionally charge double protein and they simply do not care if they do. I had to drive all the way back just to dispute this with them.

Food was ok. My personal opinion Chipotle is just ok in general, I was hoping the brisket would make a difference, it did not. The staff was ok, not friend or unfriendly just ok. We sat outside after we found a table the easier to clean than the others. The outside was dirty and messy. Trash on the ground, dirty tables, overflowing trash bins.

Ordered a Veg Burrito, picked up food to realize they missed it and added beef. Since it was late in evening I simply threw away the food and started chatting with corporate to make them aware of it.
Company rep, didn’t understand the severity of the impact and rather then to take proper action, they simply disable my account and choose to silence the voice.
Will never visit this or any other chipotle

I ordered for delivery tonight and I ordered a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. When I receive my bowl, my bowl was swimming and sour cream very little steak no lettuce the lettuce and the bowl you see as loud as I had to put in for myself and there is no corn. When I tried to call the store to complain, it was an automated system. I don’t want an automated system. I wanted to complain verbally to someone who work there. I added another bowl for my friend And her order was also wrong. Her order was supposed to be white rice, brown rice, sour cream, cheese, beans, and guacamole.

I don’t typically try to write reviews for chains as much because I don’t typically see much change or if they actually care about their reviews or not. Today, I’ll have to say I was very disappointed. I typically will go to the location on belmont chase because the service, portions, and food is much better.
Today, I almost broke my tooth eating a side of guac and chips. There was a screw in there and I didn’t know until I took a hard bite. I am horrified and not sure how a big screw made its way into the guac.
While it’s difficult to comment on the rest, it is my duty to write comprehensive reviews.
I ordered the food online and requested salad dressing. There wasn’t any added. This is typically the case when you request a salad, they don’t even ask if you would like some when ordering in person.
My bowl wasn’t made well, it was poorly constructed and with no care. I get it, they are busy, but should take more care when preparing food for customers
Safe to say, I don’t recommend this location. From what I see in the other reviews, many people agree. Hopefully corporate does something to address the patrons concerns here.
