Absolutely fantastic meal from start to finish. Everything we had was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

We started with the escargot casserole and the scallop tartare. The escargots came in a rich, creamy sauce that was deeply flavorful and incredibly satisfying, while the scallop tartare was beautifully fresh and perfectly balanced, served with a light, complementary salad.

For mains, we had the Sausage Aligot (cheesy potatoes) and the beef tartare. The sausage was hearty, smoky, and full of character, and the aligot was indulgent, silky, and comforting without being heavy. The beef tartare was outstanding as well, extremely fresh, perfectly seasoned, and paired with excellent tomatoes and salad that really let the quality of the meat shine.

Every dish felt true to its terroir, generous, and expertly executed. If you’re looking for classic, comforting French food done right, this place is a must. Highly recommend.

Very good food at reasonable price with great service. We had the saucisse d’Auvergne with Aligot, a must try if you never had this plate before. As starter, we had the salad with hot goat cheese. it was delicious. Deserts were also top notch. It’s a small place that deserves to be known. Need to reserve as place is limited.

In the middle of busy Paris we found this little gem, like a very local restaurant with true and true French flair and fare. Simple and tasty menu, exactly what we were looking for. The owner and the waiter we’re very friendly and funny. Better to reserve, the restaurant was full. We just got lucky that a couple did not show up so we could get a table. Merci messieurs, on a passé un bon moment chez vous.

Basic French food in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The goat’s cheese starter was just grilled cheese on a bed of lettuce with a dressing and the boeuf bourginon was tender but fairly tasteless and accompanied by pureed potato. At 100 euros for two we didn’t think it was great value especially as it wasn’t in a tourist hotspot.

Excellent meal highlighted by Aligot (potato purée with La Tome fraiche de l’Aubrac cheese). All the dishes were tasty and well executed. Service was personable with good advice, attentive, and friendly.

Lovely bistro serving very traditional, authentic French dishes. At first glance it appears very small, but there is another room downstairs, ideal for large groups.

Clearly well liked by locals yet very welcoming to tourists. The service was probably the most attentive & friendly of all the places we have visited on this trip. Good food, excellent wine and good prices. Highly recommended.

A quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating but the best is downstairs in the cellar. Super wine recommendations and Noelle has a friendly and helpful disposition. Escargots and saucisse aligot was fantastic . Highly recommend the food and service.
