Something is terribly wrong with the chicken club sandwiches…
I stopped ordering from here for a long time hoping it would correct itself, but it’s still not good.
When it isn’t rancid, the food is delicious.. but most of the time something on the chicken club is rotten. Idk if the chicken is freezer burnt, or rotten, but there is usually a bite or two that is absolutely inedible. The flavor of rotten freezer just fills your mouth. It tastes like what your freezer smells like when the power has gone out for a while. It is horribly disgusting. Two years ago, the worst occurrence of it happened that I literally vomited. It was the worst taste I’ve ever experienced.
Didn’t order here for two years because it kept happening over and over. Finally gave it another try recently and sure enough, there was some slight rancid freezer flavor.
The pizza is great, sometimes too greasy, but good. It’s just the chicken club sandwich that is rotten for some reason. … I’m never gonna try it again.
I don’t work there, I can’t tell you what is wrong with it, but something is severely wrong and has been for a long time. Do people just not order it? How does this continue for so long without being corrected?

I’m not sure what’s going on lately but the order is either wrong or cooked improperly. Today’s Triple Pepperoni Magnifico was extremely greasy it’s leaving stains on the counter & leaking through the box.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been disappointing. First time the dough was very thick and the toppings in the middle were barely cooked. They also forgot the dipping sauce. Second time the pizza was wayyyy too greasy as a previous reviewer noted. They also gave me bone in wings instead of the boneless I ordered. Also forgot the dipping sauce again. It’s like the employees here could care less or aren’t very smart. I gave this new one a chance since it’s so close to my house but I’ll be going back to the iron bridge location which never disappoints.

New location Is finally open yayyy. Its so close to my house. We ordered a small pizza yesterday and ran to Food Lion. Came back and our pizza was hot and ready.
