I went to grab wendy’s for dinner today sat in line while we were supposedly waiting for chicken and burgers to be done just to get a raw freaking patty!! ridiculous. It probably wasn’t on the grill for more than a minute!!

I want to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. During my recent visit, I noticed that the restrooms were in poor condition and did not appear to be well maintained. There was a noticeable odor that could be detected from the line inside the building, which was concerning. Out of consideration for cleanliness and hygiene, I ultimately decided not to place an order. I hope this feedback is helpful and encourages improvements for future guests.

11/26/25 – I was embarrassed from one of the female staff and refused to get the food items from there that I have gotten in many other Wendy’s in multiple states. I couldn’t get meat patties due to my diet restrictions unless I ordered 6 single burgers and hold the bread and cheese. I just paid for my coffee drank it and left. Would not recommend a visit unless you want slow rude service. In my future work in the area I will plan to choose another establishment for lunch. I hope the service i experienced was just having a bad day and not how they do business everyday.

Edit: now I’m at the window, and they don’t have 2 of the items that I ordered. The manager also says I can’t be refunded because I ordered through the app. I’ll be calling management or corporate in the morning. This place SUCKS!!!

This Wendy’s is horrible..this was the second time we tried it..should have known better..potato was old and dry..bacon burnt. Who runs out of sour cream? Staff is shady and dinning room dirty.

I have ever rarely gotten food from Wendy’s that was like it was freshly cooked. my food every time is either cold or barely even warm. You still love their Jr. bacon Brothers and their chili salad or talk whatever they call it. but if I buy a meal that’s supposed to be hot or at least halfway hot then that’s how I want to get it. I understand sometimes a place is busy. I get that but come on a cold burger is nasty, especially the fries and for what we pay for food today, I want to be able to enjoy it. if I don’t I might as well have thrown my money in the garbage

Dont be fooled by the 2 spots to order for drive through. Went to the outside lane and sat there waiting for someone to take the order while 5 cars came and went on the inside lane that came way later than me.

Just tried going inside to order my frosty at 8:04 p.m. on Sept 21st 2023….doors are locked???? Asked an employee (obviously wearing Wendy’s attire) standing at the drive thru side door “is the lobby closed?” ….replied “well I guess so”. Got back in car went to other (main entrance) side noticed two cars of ppl trying to enter…..doors locked also. Online says their lobby is open til midnight….but guess not tonight!!!! Cars lined all way around even to the road… And more employees sitting in car. 8:19p.m. finally ordering at drive thru speaker. 8:23 p.m. paid at first window. 8:25 p.m. finally my frosties!!!!

I just wanna say best wendys I’ve been too!! I called and they made sure my drink was in my DoorDash bag and the food was hot and customer service was A1 10 out of 10 I even called up there and appreciated them and let them know they really care about their customers
