They’re rude with no manners towards the costumers they talk over me & probably others as well with aggression manner too !!! all their employees are entitled to act this way the laddie with curly hair with glasses told me to pay for extra vanilla flavoring 4 pumps on the ice coffee is enough But they attempt to have me pay for it 30 cents more when theirs no favoring and they don’t make it well tasting I paid 30 cents already before and I didn’t get any close to the favoring at all !!!
I come to this location again second time and as I come up the counter i receive no greeting at front of counter or anything curly lady with glasses tells me again 4 pumps of vanilla only she said within attitude or else pay an add-on with in attitude and i mention listen make me my ice coffee up to spec and ill be on my way but no she starts talking over me being rude and disrespectful she said she could have the right of having my phone snatched away from me and with out giving it back to me due to me being inside Dunkin donuts lobby for taken a picture of her I told her she’s would be committing battery and larceny of that was the case their so entitle to this behavior being rude to me twice she needs everyone to know who she is along with the rest of every body else they work in the early morning shift in this location the employees shown are they worst
The man in the picture also goes outside to smoke during the shift just to share the feedback about what’s going on that I’m here to start agreement with them and I told him to leave the costumer alone he has no part of any of this he didn’t seem mind either very unprofessional smoking handling food where they could see him outside going back in touching your food as well !! I aint coming here again I was a loyal costumer to them they known me for so long that’s sad

Idk about all these reviews but this is my favorite dunkin out of all the ones we have nearby. These girls really know how to make an iced coffee. A simple caramel iced coffee that always gets made wrong somehow in the other locations. They never fail though. They can be a little quiet but get the job done fast.

Pretty fast on the orders , but there’s days when employees are behind. Drive thru is pretty good on orders, so far I’ve never had an issue. The place inside does need to be organized and cleaned. Parking ️ is sometimes an issue since they share the parking lot with other establishments. Some of their items, by the end of the day are no longer available, so you have to order whatever is left over ☕☕ and that really sucks. I do like their rewards app.

Friday 11/21/25 went to the drive thru at 5:55am. I’m was the only one waiting to order but had to wait 5min for someone to take my order. Went around to the window there’s one car waiting & waiting just for a drink. My turn I drive up to the window & no one comes. I can see 3 girls just talking. In this time 2 customers come inside & leave & I’m still waiting. One girl is on her phone & the other 2 talking. I try getting their attention to no avail. Finally one opens the window, no hello, no smile just my amount. I said I thought you forgot about me, no response. She gave me my donuts & closed the window. It took 20 minutes to get half dozen donuts with only myself & another person at the drive thru. Nothing but bad attitudes at this place! Will not be going back!!

Terrible experience, I was so hyped about trying the cookie butter latte.. since I couldn’t stop ordering it last year and I’ve seen it all over my feed. This looked nothing like the ones they make at other Dunkin’s. They are super stingy with the crumbs! Like literally 3 tiny crumbs. Not exaggerating! So pissed because we as customers spend our hard earned money and expect something to be as advertised. (I know at other Dunkin’s they put a decent amount of cookie crumbs) but this place was a joke. The cashier was also rude. Disappointed won’t be ordering my coffee here anymore!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the experience I had today deserves one. The manager at this location is extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, why work there? She was behind the counter loudly complaining about a customer who got a refund because her donuts were hard, saying things like “why did she even buy them?” like hello, maybe because she expected fresh donuts?
The attitude was unprofessional, messy, and honestly unnecessary. The rest of the staff was fine, but the manager’s behavior made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely needs better customer service training.

I left the hospital this morning after an overnight medical scare and came across the street to get my wife and I a quick breakfast before we went home to get back to sleep. I asked for light ice in my coffee because I knew I was going to sleep soon and didn’t want it watered down when I woke up. They gave it to me full of ice and filled in the gaps with coffee. I gave it back and asked for light ice again and they had me pull forward. But this is how they gave it back to me. I was too tired to protest, so I’m here. This never happened before. Is this normal now? Skimp on the coffee when I just wanted less ice?

Service was slow, I’m not sure if the associates are new, or don’t understand that coffee and Donuts are for before work and they need to be faster. The priority is the drive through so order ahead of time otherwise you will wait. They have an area for pickup for all of the platforms like Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash. Trash Can was full by front door and the lobby floor needed to be swept up. Parking lot had trash in it as well. I didn’t get a chance to analyze the restrooms for cleanliness however I took pictures of everything I wrote. I order 15 pumpkin munchkins and a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was really good.

Today (Sun 9th June) we were served by a kind and patient lady at the counter. Our group was foreign and had never tried Dunkin’ before. She went through all the donut flavours and drinks, so ensure the group understood what they were ordering. While we were sitting inside, we noticed her manager was impatient with her, so that was the only negative part of our experience.

My wife and I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time. We ordered coffee, a sandwich, and a donut. Unfortunately, the employees seemed more focused on a young lady with her baby in the back, making us wait for our sandwich. After asking multiple times, we were informed that our order had been overlooked. Due to this experience, we won’t be returning. Can’t believe you are allowed. Employees to bring their children in why they work and employees to bring their children in why they work an infant baby.
