Dining room looked clean and ready for the day. The team was busy busy in the back prepping. Cashier was pleasant and professional as well. Took my order, and it came out quickly, and hot. Restroom was clean as well.

I want to Bojangles on Old National Highway for breakfast this morning. The customer service was very kind and polite when I placed my order. The cashier may suggestive sales. My order was quick. The food was hot and delicious. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken which was fine. The problem was, one of the staff gave my order to someone else who took off laughing because of their theft. The manager and staff person apologized. That was fine as well. I wind up waiting over an hour, that was unacceptable. I should have been refunded and got my family meal for free. The manager was nice and professional, however, I wish she would have offered my suggestion.

Mr Kerry has restored my faith in Bojangles’s bo-rounds. I stopped getting them years ago because everyone leaves them soggy, don’t season them enough, and they’re awful… he assured me he does them right and he was NOT lying. It gives me pride to be a Georgia boy and know we outcook all of the other 47 states I’ve visited. Keep it up Kerry, you’re a legend.
That being said, he and the young man with him are the most respectful and kind fast food workers I’ve met in a long time. Kerry was jovial, polite, and took pride in his work.

I want to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Kerry at this Bojangles location.
When I came through the drive-thru on Sunday, my experience was very disappointing. I had ordered the 12-piece Bo Bites combo with a medium fry and a sweet tea/lemonade mix, but I was told sweet tea was sold out for the rest of the night. The employee offered me water, but I never received it. My biscuit was forgotten, and the food I did get was stale, unseasoned, and not worth what I was charged. I left feeling frustrated and let down.
A couple of days later, I finally had the chance to go back and explain what happened. Kerry was the manager on duty, and from the moment he spoke to me, I could tell he genuinely cared. He listened, apologized for my experience, and offered to make everything fresh. He completely turned my situation around…..the Bo Bites, fries, and biscuit came out hot, seasoned, and delicious, just like Bojangles should be.
Kerry’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right truly made a difference. Money doesn’t grow on trees, and he understood that I deserved to enjoy the food I paid for. Because of Kerry, I left with a smile and a great meal.

Sad experience at Bojangles tonight. Had my mouth fixed to enjoy some dirty rice, tenders, fries and my favorite biscuit. Tonight the food was there, the taste and flavor were gone. Would not recommend this particular location, 1 out of 10, would not eat there again.
