Friendly staff, good service….they actually answer the phone when you call them, not like the Mines Road branch.
Those clowns never answer the phone, you get there and provide the most annoying customer service there is, they are lengthy, plus they will get your order wrong.
Kudos to the Calton Rd. branch.

I ordered a pizza and I was across the street to the location. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes for the pizza to be done. I arrived and no one at the counter for about 4 minutes. Then the lights go out! After a little while it’s up and running, the lady came up and I told her I have a pick up. Got the code got my pizza. I work 5 blocks from there, the pizza was horrible! The cheese looked aged dry and rubbery. By the looks of it they probably has it sitting there in the hot and ready rack and just put my tag for pick up. I asked for my free crazy bread with my coupon and the lady advised if I had paid at the counter I would get them. I advised her that I have never had that problem at other location. She said well you have a problem today! With the type of boss she has she would get in trouble . Well besides all that I’m very disappointed with the food I bought for my lunch hour. Paid and didn’t even EAT IT!

One of the ladies in the drive through has an attitude problem it sucks that one employee has to ruin the image of the rest . I waited 25 min for my pizza I ordered a 3 meat pizza and only got 1 meat it was an act of retaliation because she accidentally charged me 2 pizzas and got mad when I told her that she had charged me twice horrible service from that one employee with the glasses and mistreated hair

Ordered a pizza through doordash and it was cut super bad and it was paper thin. It was the stuffed crust one. Flavor was good, but I had to either eat a slice the size of a nail file or 1/3 of the pizza in 1 slice.

This place has ok pizza. Being from Buffalo NY…..I have high standards for pizza and Little Caesars is only OK. The workers are usually friendly and seem to like their job. The only drawback is this place gets crazy busy and it can take awhile to get your pizza, especially if you order something not already prepared. Then, it’s hit or miss if you get an “Extra most bestest” because there is no telling how long it has been drying out. Also, I have had my order given to someone else when i ordered ahead and had to wait 30 minutes for them to make a new order. But, what do you expect from today’s teenagers making minimum wage. Still, with young kids at home…..it still can be beneficial to just grab some “Hot and Ready’s” and dinner is done!

It was a bit packed around 3:15pm. There was a bit of line since they are strictly drive thru. It’s fine, and it did take a while it took me about 20mins to get 1 box of hot and ready pizza. It would’ve been fine, but it is the hottest hour in Laredo. I got a tan just sitting in my car . It’s not bad, friendly service, very affordable prices, just go when it is calmer around 4:30pm or before lunchtime, or anytime around 6pm-7pm. It’s busier other hours. All in all, definitely my go to places especially since it’s close by my house, so it’s convenient.

This photo shows why I don’t like ordering stuffed crust pizza at little Caesars. They burn the pizza. It seems like they only burn the pizza when I order. I highly doubt other people are going to be ok with eating a pizza that is this much burnt I am not ok with this even though I mentioned it previously they don’t listen to me that I don’t like my pizza this way.

Ordered a pizza, came home to realize there was hair in it. Called the store 40 times on my way over there and no answer. I walked in with the pizza and asked for the manager. I asked the manager if they wear hairnets while being in the back and he said yes. As I was going to show him the pizza with hair a guy with hair up to his waist walks back there. Seems to me he was the one making them. His hair was loose. I pointed it out to the manager he didn’t have a hairnet and he proceeded to ask me what was the issue. I showed him the pizza and I pulled the long hair from the cheese and crust. He didn’t know what to say. I demanded my money back. They don’t follow simple protocol in wearing a hairnet. Mainly that guy with the long hair. Since every other guy in that store has short hair but still. Never again will I come here. It was disgusting. A hair can carry dandruff or any other type of thing that can cause anyone to get sick by ingesting it.
