This store is aways poor. Employees on their phone. They are more worried about their phone than helping the customer. I had to repeat my order. They didn’t start my beverage then grabbed their phone looked at it then made the drink. Speed is big issue at that location. Dont mind that I stop there before work. Last time going there.

Today I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food, and on top of that, they forget one of the items on my order. I never leave reviews, but I am very upset about this. I only had 5 minutes to eat my food before I had to go back to work.

I’m sorry you’re in Minnesota Minnesota in the United States of America Learn English, do not expect everyone else in this country to learn your language that is not the language. This location is in close proximity to a lot of med-high density housing. As such the place is always overrun with middle schoolers who are unfortunately VERY poorly behaved in this day and age. I come here frequently on Wednesday nights to grab a bite to eat and do some remote work. Irritatingly, in addition to the extra chaos from the kids, the WiFi is almost unusable. The food is standard McDonalds and the service is typically quite friendly though the conversation between the workers is plentiful and tends to spill out into the dining area.

6/24/2021.I was working in the area, when I decided to stop for lunch around 12,I was taking some pictures that I needed to upload to the system in my laptop,it take me more time of what I was expecting… 45 minutes later, a Yung American guy with burgundy uniform, headset working with the name Zach,look like he was taking the orders for drive-thru, drive-thru it was busy,and I was the only one seated in the lobby, he took 5 minutes of his time to approach me and tell me “sr if you are not buying anything I am going to ask you to leave “.
It’s funny how he take 5 minutes to kick me out and didn’t take a single beverage cup from all dirty tables in the lobby, 5 minutes later I got up look all those dirty tables and decided that I would not eat in such a dirty place.. I will share this history w all friends and family.. thanks

I’ve been to this McDonalds at all times, many times. A couple times they messed up our orders, but fixed it right away with no problem or attitude. I like the young people that work here because of their energy. Tonight was really clean and I really appreciate that!

So as prices of your food goes up, the quality and reliability should follow. However your prices go up and everything else drops. Today I ordered a large #1, I get out onto the road again and reach for what should be a large fry, instead I pull out a medium fry container with roughly the amount of fries that would be maybe a small fry and they were cold. I don’t have time to turn back and get in line which is why drive thru quality control is lacking, it banks on people using drive thru due to time constraints. I proceed back toward work since this is just a lunch break, and when I get there I take my fry picture right away and eat because I guess it’s still edible, open my Big Mac and find that it is super sloppy in its construction… Might as well had been and open faced sandwich. I manage to put it back together finding that hell even when it was made the burger patties weren’t hot since the cheese wasn’t even melted… eat my mediocre over priced meal and write this review. This should be a hint to all fast food places… If your prices are going up, so should quality!
