This is the location we frequent the most. The speaker is broken often, and when it’s not broken, the addition of the automated AI voice has been a nuisance. The trick to get it to stop asking if you need add more is to say your full order, including drink and side, and say “and that’s all” at the end. That worked up until this morning, anyway.
My trip this morning is what prompted me to write a review. This location is very slow and can make you late for work or an appointment if you decide to stop here before, so take that into mind. I ordered breakfast this morning and my Bo’rounds were a soggy lump of mush. I reached into the bag expecting a crisp hot ’round only to find that it completely mashed between my fingers. When I opened the bag, I found them to be gross, under-cooked, and over greased. Disgusting. I tossed them. My breakfast sandwich, which was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, was so dry I could hardly choke it down. I could only eat a little less than half before tossing it. When I looked into the bag, the bottom corner was soaked in grease. And of course the service was very unfriendly. I don’t expect fast food workers to be the epitome of “happy to be here” at all. But don’t make me question if you hate my very existence just because I ordered some food!
Dinner options have been lacking lately as well, and the automated voice always forgets to add any discounts, so be sure to ask at the window.
I think we will wait a long while before coming back to this location. Maybe they need new management?

Ordered a family meal. When bagged the top was not secure on the pinto beans. When removing the bag from the car the beans had soaked the bag resulting in the bottom falling out of bag and the entire family meal ended up on the ground and in the floor of my car. Totally ruined. Tried calling no answer. Worst ever!!!!

Tried to order two different things this morning and they didn’t have anything ready at 645. If you are open at 6am you should have the business ready for service. You should also comp something instead especially when I order two menu items and shouldn’t have to wait the 5 mins or more for items that haven’t been made yet before you open. The absolutely worse experience. Ordered online and they accepted my order of the 8 pc family meal with all white meat. 3 uber drivers came to pick up my order. They were told that they were out of white meat. I told Uber Eats I’d pick up my order. This Bojangles told me my order was ready for pick up. Got to the store and told the young cashier who I was and he immediately knew who I was. Called for a manager who came out from wherever with food in his mouth. When I told him the situation he called for different manager and he came out like someone had awakened him from a nap. I explained my situation to him and he looked totally perplexed. I showed him on my phone where it clearly stated that my order was ready. He told me he didn’t understand why it would say that because they were out of white meat chicken. A lady came in carrying some drinks or whatever and he told her he needed her help. She asked what the problem was and he explained to her the situation. They immediately tried to blame Uber Eats for the mixup. This Bojangles is clearly a rip off franchise. Poorly run and maintained. How do you run out of white chicken pieces? I did receive a refund from Uber Eats but I will never go to this Bojangles store again. Their franchise license should be revoked!

Every time I go through the drive through at this location, its always small portions compared to other locations. Went through a little bit ago, ordered a regular fry and a bo berry biscuit (said i was having to wait for fresh which was fine) I get my food and as im driving down the road, there are barely any fries in the bag, and the bo berry biscuit was colt and was smothered in icing to the point it was enough for 3 or 4 biscuits. They said I was waiting for fresh? Yet I get an ice cold one. It’s ridiculous every time I go to this location, there is always an issue.

UPDATE: they gave us extra tendies and extra fries that we were missing so props to managment, theyre so friendly. Maybe they need to work on their employees more but very happy on how they handled it!!
Ordered on the app, came inside and we were missing a reg fry 4 sauces, and a few tenders that we paid extra for. We literally have to drive up here again to get our complete order right and what baffles me is that it wasnt even busy when we got there. Maybe 2 active orders but they were casually talking for a few mins before they noticed weve been waiting up front awhile. I work in the restaurant business and they shouldnt even get our order wrong considering they werent busy, like come on, get youreselves together. It aint hard to be aware and accurate.

Horrible! I ordered Cajun fillet sandwich combo and it was cold and slathered with mayonnaise!! Staff was less than friendly. Slack. On top of that AI took my order. So annoying!
I’ve been to many Bojangles all over the country and since Bojangles came to Raleigh North Carolina! Unfortunately this is not my first visit to this location . I’ve been here three or four times and it has been bad every time !This is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame because some of them are fabulous!

I’m from up north so I have never been to a Bojangles before. I wasn’t even sure what they served just thought it was a regular restaurant chain not a chicken & biscuit place. The staff was very friendly. They call people “baby” down here, it’s endearing. Food was just ok but it’s a fast food place not a fine dining establishment. I’d say at least give the place a try if you’ve never been.

Went there last night with my family after leaving Lake Linda’s Christmas lights next door and the inside was absolutely disgusting. Food all over multiple tables, food all over the floor, food all over the pick up counter. It was absolutely disgusting in there. They also had the air-conditioning blasting continuously on everyone while you’re eating when its freezing outside, and it made your food cold almost instantly.

We are Bojangles type of people. We just wanted something to tie us over until lunch, after waking up late. So a Bojangles biscuit sounded great. We will never know the quality of that specific location. After watching the only customer in line get their food, we continued to wait an additional 5 to 6 minutes without any member of staff coming up to the front counter. There were two other couples behind us as well. So, instead of getting loud, like I usually do, we just left. One of the other couples followed. Step up District and Regional management, get this location under control.
