I ordered 4 sandwiches and all of the sandwiches were wrong. They were rushing the order and completely messed it up. The put the things that were supposed to be on the first sandwich on the other sandwich and vice versa. I do not recommend ordering from this store with how little they pay attention to simple details.

I never had a bad experience @ Nellis & Sahara location, all very happy helpful and most in important good with my kids. I just love the atmosphere. Jordan and his whole crew was really nice! They even accommodated our family to the best ability to this whole thing. They even laughed @ my stupid dad jokes. They where just so friendly! This is by far the best sandwich shop in town.

MOLD!!!
my bf kept saying his sandwich tasted weird. I decided to look at mine and low and behold MOLD! He had finished his already and I was almost done with mine. Trashed the rest of my sandwich away. I hope we don’t get sick from this. Look at your sandwiches before leaving the building.

Love the food, staff is great, store is awesome. The reason for the 4 stars is because my favorite sandwich is unavailable on the app for pick up or delivery, yet it’s available in store??? The sandwich in question is the New York Steemer… I don’t understand why I the app says it’s not available when it should be. I shouldn’t have to go to the store and wait in line to order a sandwich they have when it should be available on the app. When this gets fixed, I’ll give them the last star.

Just had them for the first time. Had the large white brisket sub and my wife had the club on a sub. Both were very good. Also the four cookies were amazing. Nice and hot. Definitely going back. Thanks again

Firehouse used to sell great sub sandwiches, now they pretty much serve bread with sauce.
UPDATE: Was requested to provide additional information, however, it’s not possible at the website provided…..,false concern? So I will here. Firehouse subs used to require you to smash them closed to eat, now the bread literally touches with nothing discernable in between. However the price is significantly higher now. Picture attached of advertised vs reality.

Good sandwiches. Rude people….well just one in general the young Arabian kid.( sorry didnt get his name) Never seen him there before, not sure if he’s new or works in the back. Just talking crap behind the counter and seemed bossy telling the other workers what to do, plus mind you not only can the workers hear it but customers as well. Very unprofessional and bad customer service from his part. If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should look for a different one. He’s a very chatty person, everyone else behind the counter was quiet and working and extremely nice.
