I absolutely love Better Blend at Factory 52! Their bowls are always top-notch—nutritious, protein-packed, and made with quality ingredients. The PowerBowl is my personal favorite—it’s the perfect balance of flavor, fuel, and freshness.
What made my visit even better? My pups were treated like VIPs too! I was so delighted that they could enjoy a special treat while I enjoyed mine. It’s not often you find a place that goes the extra mile for your furry friends.

Better Blend at Factory 52 has quickly become a staple for me since they opened! The bowls are delicious. They are packed with fresh fruit and always made to order! The management is incredibly friendly and the prices are reasonable.
It can be tricky to find at first if you’re not familiar with the Factory 52 complex. They’re located at Aces by the outdoor pickleball courts and the outdoor hightop bar. Highly recommended checking them out if you haven’t already!

I unfortunately did not have a great experience service wise. Which was really disappointing because I had never been to a Better Blend before. I came around lunch time so 12ish. It was definitely a slower day so I usually don’t mind when workers are talking with their friends or on their phones.
When I approached the counter she didn’t greet me initially and stayed on her phone. When she said “what can I get started for you?” she continued to look at her phone and didn’t even put it down.
I asked her for smoothie suggestions and she informed me that they don’t have the blends. I wasn’t bothered that they didn’t have smoothies but her tone was very bored and annoyed. She barely engaged with me and I felt like an inconvenience from her phone and her friend, which made me very uncomfortable. I didn’t bother trying to look at the other menu options because it was clear she didn’t want me there.
I am sure their smoothie bowls are fantastic and hope to try them one day but if saw her working I wouldn’t go. Her lack of customer service made me not want to buy from them. I also have worked and continue to work as a team lead in multiple food service jobs and that would be a red flag in my eyes. You don’t need to have the most bubbly personality in the world in order to have good customer service.

Really enjoyed the Power Bowl at Better Blend Factory 52! Delicious and healthy option while hanging out at Aces Pickleball and the dog park. Friendly service and they even had a healthy “pup cup” option for my dogs!

Better Blend bowls are always more than you expect. Great choices. Great flavors. Great product. Enjoyed a power bowl with extra bananas, peanut butter and Good Good Chocolate (of course!!). Always a treat!! The staff at Factory 52 is helpful and accommodating.
