Servers. Are good but the front desk people suck we went there today first thing the ask oh u have reservation we said no we don’t both girls started talking to each other and asked oh how many are you guyz and then the other girl automatically assumed oh 5 before we could say anyways come to the point the said oh we have high top available we said that’s fine we can take that tbh the whole other side was empty they just wanted to give us trouble we went there at 12:30ish asked for the managers name they said her name is Susan just want to let you guyz know this place is nice and clean just need to train ur front desk people better

After hearing wonderful things on television about this restaurant, we were so disappointed. The woman who served the bread, water, and packaged our leftovers was fabulous. Our waitress, Bianca, didn’t introduce herself, or tell us The specials that were available. Caesar salad and bread were good. Lasagna fair. Very disappointing!!!

Went to this restaurant tonight for my sisters birthday. We had a nice meal and the food was very good. While ordering a friend of ours asked for fettuccine alfredo. The server asked if she would like chicken, shrimp or steak with the meal… our friend opted for 6 shrimp on her Alfredo. When the bill arrived we noticed they charged $4.00 each shrimp and her meal was over $42.00 plus tax! We assumed the meal would be more then the listed price when adding shrimp, but for the shrimp to cost more then the meal itself ($24.00 for 6 shrimp alone!) without even a warning we couldn’t believe we were not informed of this while ordering. We let quite a few people in the restaurant know including the waitress and the assistant manager and both were not helpful at all. We were not looking for any money back just some recogization that they would inform patrons of this in the future. Please know before you go there are a lot of hidden fees so please ask before ordering if you are offered any extras!

Way more amazing animal than expected as the only restaurant in the whole casino. But Wow. Just open mouthed Wow. From cocktails to apps to entrees and dessert. Each culinary offering was more delicious than the one before. And service was superb.

Awful experience. This state run dump is horrible.The pit bosses are incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is a tremendous lack of customer service on several levels. The only positive feedback about the place is the friendly, albeit inexperienced dealers who are smiling and pleasant. I don’t recommend spending your hard earned money at this low brow establishment. You would have a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience at mohegan sun most likely.

Food was ok, nothing spectacular. The bill came and that’s where the issue started…beware if you order the shrimp on top of anything….not only is the price not listed anywhere the waitress never mentioned the extra price. Of course I was expecting an extra cost but $4 per shrimp…seems a bit much.
When we mentioned it to the waitress we got oh sorry and she walked away, upon exiting we encountered the assistant manager who told us it’s listed on the menu which we informed her it was not and proceeded to ask where…Then she had the audacity to say you seem angry…yea lady you haven’t seen angry.
Again they offered nothing…wasn’t looking for a refund but a simple yes that is a valid point and we will ensure it’s listed would have been helpful. Also it was never about the money it’s about the principal.
Customer service at its best I guess by management.
I won’t be back.

Very nice atmosphere, forgot I was in a casino! Great wine list. Chicken parm was one of the best I’ve ever had. GF’s broccoli Alfredo was average. I’d like to try some other dishes but I’d certainly go hear again for Italian!

Horrible meal and horrible service. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. I took one bite and sent it back. We addressed our concerns to the Manager and he was less than responsive. We left the restaurant and drove to Federal Hill and had an amazing meal. Never would return.

When the waitress first arrived, I was inspecting the glasses for cleanliness. She asked if something was wrong, I explained that there was a little white residue, likely from the dishwasher. As she explained that they “polish the glasses”, she hoisted mine to the light and agreed that it was not polished.
My wife and I both sucked bits of white plastic from our Pina Colodas, which the bartender tried BS’ing me that it was pineapple-core. It was brilliant white plastic, that only spread out when I tried to cut it with a fingernail. Clearly, the bartender has never cut open a pineapple (the core is yellow and can be cut with a fingernail). Fyi, there were no bits of pineapple in the drinks, so, how would there be pineapple core? The natural assumption would be that it was coconut, but there were no bits of coconut in these drinks either. Matter of fact, the pina colodas tasted like they were made with coconut milk instead of coconut cream, which would have some coconut bits (and made it taste better). Plus, a fingernail WILL cut through a small piece of coconut and not just spread it. Waitress offered replacements, but we refused, due to the bartender’s incompetence.
Food was unimpressive. Chicken cutlet tasted like veal (waitress assured me it was chicken), mozzarella was bland, as was the sauce that their menu brags about. I’m pretty sure Chef Boyardee has more flavor in their sauce. We each ate only a few bites before sending our meals back. We were offered replacements, but if the drinks are contaminated, and the food is blah, why would we waste more time to only be further disappointed? And I still believe that I was served veal-parm, not chicken (I hate veal).
The bottled water and free bread was great. Manager did not charge us. The waitress was great.
First and last visit. Maybe yours will be better.
