I love biggby, but this location is the SLOWEST I have ever been too. Over 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead. By the time I got my food and drink, my sandwich was cold and the ice in my latte was melted and not very cold.

I ordered a sugar free latte and the boy legit gave me a coffee with no flavoring!!! I have ordered this many times and this is the first time this happened. On top of the 25 min drive through wait, he also forgot my pumpkin muffin. If I could give 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE WAY TO START MY MORNING.

I ordered my drink and I was told my total would be given to me at the window. When I got to the window the kid just took my cards. I said, “wait, how much is it?” He told me the price and it was about 20 cents more than usual. I usually go to another location, so I thought maybe because it was a different location. And then he said “it’s that much because of the up sale”. Hold on, what up sale? They were busy so I just let it go. I asked to add $1 for a tip.
Then he says “how are you doing today?” I said “pretty good” He looked really annoyed. Then he puts his entire palm on the lid of the cup and says “nutty buddy” That isn’t what I ordered. I repeated my drink and he said “yeah”
First it was probably 20 oz not 24 oz you could see a huge gap between the lid and where it was filled. Second you are touching money and people’s cards all morning. Your hands are dirty my dude. Third the drink was terrible No flavor and burnt milk taste.
So disappointed and I didn’t want to turn around and ask them to fix it because I knew they would just argue and make it the same exact way.

Very simple order, a sausage bagle and a coffee. Charged 15 bucks and got a ham bagel. Extremely frustrating, won’t return.

Store is very slow. Drive thru lines take forever to get to the window. By the time you get to the window your order still isn’t ready.

Amara and the rest of the baristas are AMAZING!! I love the trivia questions on the board every day. These ladies are caring, fast, efficient, courteous, and patient. I’m always digging for my coupons or having to unlock my card, lol. I’m going to miss them during my time off.

Ethan did an amazing job in the drive through! He was VERY polite and double checked to make sure my order was perfect. I find it hard to find great customer service now day, so it was extremely refreshing to have such a great experience. I will be back again!

Waited almost 60 minutes in the drive through and then got the wrong sandwich, which would have been fine because we like them all, but the sandwich we did get was cold. Our frozen drink had caramel all over the cup and lid, I wish they would have taken a few seconds to wipe it down. Sadly this is the second trip we’ve gotten the wrong order, so we will be going to a different location from now on.

I ordered a simple strawberry punch mock tail and got a cup full of Red Bull I called to get my order fixed and the girl accused me of calling two days ago and said how many free ones I’m going to get from complaining I don’t even come to this location I go on wealthy and she said the person who complained two days ago she said they said the same thing. I don’t even complain that’s the thing about it. I asked to get it replaced and she hung up in my face I will NOT be back
