Ordered online: Thai Basil Cashew Chicken-no red chili’s, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. I think I got garlic chicken instead of Thai basil Cashew chicken because there was no basil there were no cahsews, no basil, no red peppers, only onions. The crispy honey chicken was super dry and the chicken fir the lettuce weaps was mostly mushrooms (which I really don’t care for but tolerate as an ingredient) and barely any chicken whatsoever. I called and Socorro apologized and offered to remake but it was after 7pm and we were busy packing to move so did not have time for that. I was told unable to get refund since ordered online whick inadvertently took me to Grubhub Or she can offer a giftcard credit for a free entree . In the situation I should have gotten a gift card for three entrees because the food we got was poor quality and some not even what I ordered. Major disappointment for Pickup Stix which is usually a favorite. As a matter of fact, I just ordered $200 worth of individual entrees and a few fily last month from Aliso Viejo for a party and everything was awesome. So glad I didn’t order from this location!

I really like this Pick Up Stix. This place is close to my home and my wife loves their food. We get the house special chicken or the beef and broccoli. I like that they make your order fresh right when you order it. The food is always hot and very good. The employees are friendly and very helpful, if you need anything, they are always willing to help you out. I would highly recommend this Pick Up Stix.

Firecracker chicken was not spicy. Orange chicken was not good. Egg fried rice was terrible made with brown rice. Egg rolls mushy just bad. $47.00 of food we can’t eat. Pick up Stix used to be so good and fresh. Will not go back.

I like the food from this place but it is very annoying that you have to wait for them to open, it should open at 11 but very often open late, I was there today and it was open at 11:27, 5 minutes is okay but almost half hour, somebody do something to fix this.

I looooove the family meal deals!!!! Thank you for good house special chicken, fresh rice (I know a lot about rice and they always know how to make fresh good rice I like white and brown both!!! HOUSE SPECIAL CHICKEN is the best ever try it!!!!!!!!!! Good service delivery or pick up is always prompt and fresh, dining inside is great and chill, too!

Absolutely horrible service, my boyfriend ordered FIRECRACKER CHICKEN plate but the guy missed heard him and gave him firecracker tofu. When it got to the table he told the guy that he didn’t order tofu, he ordered the chicken. The guy with a very nasty attitude told him that he order tofu and that if he wanted chicken he would have to pay again because he wasn’t going to exchange it. My boyfriend got up and left the untouched food on the table because he doesn’t like tofu, he has never eaten tofu. He used to loved that place, but now he’s never coming back. Absolutely disgusting attitude from this guy, unbelievable!

I ordered the lettuce wrap. I felt like there was a lot too much dark sauce,way too much! The chicken was overcooked, chewy, not much else great to say that was appealing with the chicken. Definitely not tasteful! The lettuce itself when you turned it over was brown, old. They were hiding the fact that the lettuce with browning. The carrots were dry and sat out far too long and
Zero flavor! Definitely out of a bag carrots. The bean sprouts were the best part of the entire meal.
Don’t see myself visiting this place much if the quality of the food is this bad, it is totally been deteriorating.

Delivery came with missing items that was intended for children. Kids were disappointed and ruined our Chinese food and movie night. Rest of the food was mediocre at best.
I called the restaurant about the situation. They offered refund of my order. It didn’t fix the situation but at least the restaurant took ownership. I was under the impression that my full order will be refunded but I was hit with a small partial refund few days later. I will not recommend a restaurant that doesn’t value their customers and only see them as transactions.
